Leaders - Fareham Reviews

We were helped by Emily Brooks. We are relocating from a different area and she made the process so simple and stress free for us. She was amazing from the start! Answered any questions, and nothing was too much hassle.
Cant thank her enough!

I was assisted by Emily Brooks in finding my next property for rent. Emily appeared to be very professional, quick in delivering good news, polite and efficient. She always answers her emails and phone calls quick and provides relevant and valuable information.

I would like to recommend her if you are looking for stress free homemoving.

We have been landlords with Leaders for at least 15 years which says something. This time when our flat became vacant we decided it needed a complete refurbishment. As we live at some distance Eloise at Leaders has managed the whole project for us. Eloise has dealt with everything in the most prompt, efficient, and friendly manner, making sure every detail was addressed. We are very pleased with the result and can't thank her enough.

Can’t thank Emily enough for helping us through this process as smoothly and quickly as possible. Thanks to her we are now settled in our new home.

Absolutely fantastic letting experience all thanks to Emily! Having been looking for a property for a few months now we have interacted with quite a few letting agents and this was by far the easiest and friendliest. Able to accommodate for some difficult circumstances regarding viewings, had all information to hand regarding any and all questions and prepared information for anything we could have needed before we even needed to ask.
Could not be happier with the entire experience and can’t wait to move into our new home! Thank you Emily

Viewed a couple of properties to rent with leaders and Isabel managed to find one that suited us perfectly. Very happy with Isabel’s efforts to get us in and been very helpful throughout with regards to referencing etc .

Emily has been a great help in setting up everything . Sh is such a great asset to Leaders.

As a first time landlord, we were in unknown territory. We approached Leaders for help with this process. From start to finish, they have been nothing but professional, approachable and reliable throughout. A special mention to Dan and Emily, who we had most contact with. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and the staff. Many thanks

I'm a cleaning contractor and have been working with Leaders for 6 years. The property management Eloise and Katie have been amazing and always deliver an excellent service and always communicate with me to make the whole experience painless. I can't speak highly enough, true professionalism

Disgusted with the whole of the treHad given to us as landlord,s.Beal,s estate agent looked after &rented our property out at Woolwich close for 13yrs,had know problems at all with them first class in every way.
We needed to rerent & put in in hands of Leaders,as they found tenant first.
2021 for a year, the tenant they got for 1 year, left our place completely. Trashed.
Leaders, took 3 week s to find out.
Total neglect of duties.
Cost us so much money.
As was newly decorated thru out + new carpet s ,all trashed a rabbit was left in lounge ,had free run ,ate carpet ,peeded through out ,caused smell ,dampness thru out.
As all windows were covered in cling film,no ventilation allowed.
Been trying since then to get compansated for.
We have had nothing.
Don't touch them as renting agency.
If u value your property or peace of mind,
My husband & I r in our 70,s this was our pension pot.

Dan, Emily and the team are fab. I had used a different agent in Fareham that let me down; I went and spoke to Dan who sorted everything and got my property rented out very quickly. They’re always friendly and have time to deal with any queries I’ve had.

had the most fantastic agent from leaders assist me with my new home. she pulled out all the stops insuring the best service and the swiftest process in the renting applications.

highly recommended.

I have been using Leaders to rent out my property for around 8 years and during that time I have been nothing but impressed with their efficiency, approachability and overall helpfulness. When my tenant moved out recently they were quick to find another tenant and assist with sorting any maintenance work that needed doing. Both Emily and Katie have been fab. I would thoroughly recommend them!

Found the perfect rental property through Leaders and thanks to Emily it went smoothly with no hitches at all.
Thanks Emily and Leaders for making what can be a stressful time so much easier.
