Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of working with Olivia at Leaders Harlow to find a place to live and we can't thank her enough for the exceptional service she provided; from the very beginning, she demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, urgency and genuine care in helping us find a place to live and we appreciate her dedication and expertise.

We was in a bit of a rush to find a new home and Olivia went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process was smooth and efficient as this was our first time moving. She quickly understood our requirements and presented me with suitable options which would be suitable for us to maintain together and always keeping my preferences and timeline in mind and we felt supported every step of the way.

We were able to secure a fantastic property in no time. We highly recommend Olivia, Ellie and the team at Leaders Harlow to anyone looking for a new home. They truly deliver exceptional service with a personal touch.

off to a bit of a slow start getting a viewing but Paul at the Harlow office came good. He seemed very knowledgeable of the area and had a good handle of the vendors needs so as a buyer saved us alot of time meaning we got a deal agreed the same day.

Leaders is the difference between an ordinary agency and a GREAT agency! Their culture amazed me, their sincere advice help us get a nice cosy house.

They list properties as 'chain free' but have tenants vacating the property that need to be evicted. Complete time wasters for first time buyers. When you need an answer they all claim to be on holiday. I would just avoid unless you want to stay homeless.
Biggest mistake of my life dealing with them.
Not much I can suggest to improve other than rebrand again like they did with Guardian.

it's ridiculous and unimaginable how people with no experience can work, I'm very disappointed how you can treat other people, especially the facility in Harlow. totally unhelpful and incompetent people work there who drive a person to a breakdown total lack of duties I don't know what these people are paid for

Rented a property had full permission to paint the front door from the landlord to be told on leaving I will need to pay £150 for external paint on the outside floor which can be washed away and letters they also uploaded an old 3 month inspection photo while the door was being painted to inventory checkout because they are lazy and forgot it also took them over a week to even go and see the property after leaving and now charging me for that photo no care to any humans just themselves scam of an estate agents.

They stop responding to calls and emails as soon as you hand the keys back. Checkout inventory completed the day after keys were handed over, everything was deemed to be fine with no deductions. Still it took them 34 days to process the return of the deposit, with it taking up to another 7 working days to actually receive it in my account. Many calls and emails in-between with no response until I informed them I was starting the complaints process.
