Abigail Gwilliam provided excellent service regarding dealing with two water leaks in my apartment, which I let as a landlord. She acted for the landlord of the apartment above mine. She was always very proactive, helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick at progressing the various steps involved. Well done Abi and many thanks for all your efforts.

One year into the tenancy and it has been an absolute disappointment. Raising a formal complaint about their lack of service and absolute disrespect for tenants.

I would highly recommend this agency, as someone who has lived in England for 20 years no other agency or private landlord have been as efficient and quick to respond than Leaders. Our property manager Alice Bevan has been helpful with issues in the past.

As a tenant of Leaders as well as a contractor, they are always very quick and efficient and everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Abi my property manager is great and responds quickly to answer any questions or resolve any issues I have. Highly recommend Leaders whether you’re a tenant, landlord or to work with as a contractor.

The best agency I worked with so far, I rented a property with Leaders in January and so far they’re very helpful and always available to solve any issue, Abigail Gwilliam it’s been always very helpful and so far the best agent I ever worked with, 100% I’ll recommend them to friends and family

Very bad experience! The virtual and physical tour showed white goods however the House was handed over without informing that white goods were not available. When asked about that I was asked if I was aware about Facebook Marketplace and I can buy from there!!! The property manager was not helpful for the repairs as well.

I've been in contact with Leaders recently re some maintenance that was required. Abi was straight onto the case and quickly arranged for the contract to contact me. I had a couple of other (separate) queries so emailed Abi and received a prompt reply - I can't fault the service provided in either case, it was excellent.

Really great experience from the Ipswich letting team. Marcus great service in sales. Abigail and Megan 1st class property management in lettings. Very responsive quick to resolve issues great communication.
