Very pleased with the service from Leaders, Kings Norton.

I raised a concern regarding the fences that are owned by the property next door to move that were in a state of disrepair; I recieved a professional and kind response from Aimee Taylor stating that a contractor will be visiting the property to assess for repairs; I had stated in the email that I had recently moved in and was touched by Aimees’ thoughtful response to my email regarding my recent move- a little care like this costs nothing, and this little act of kindness and humanity was gratefully received after a manic Monday at work. I would happily recommend Leaders kings Norton to friends and family that were looking to rent/buy/sell as a result of this positive exchange as it shows they care about people, not just properties.

Very happy with how mahema from the kingsnorton branch delt with my inquiry as to how to report a repair online she went above and beyond and also sent me a link to make it easier for me ,so thank you mahema for the great service. 😊

I have recently moved in to a property with leaders and there have been a few things that have needed sorting . Aimee Taylor​ who is my property manager has been a star ! She has put me at ease and answered any of my questions quickly and got straight on to anything I have put forward to her .

I would like to say that you have the best Sales Agent/Negotiator in Claire Ayres. I would not hesitate to use Leaders in the future thanks to her. She is outstanding. She calls after most viewings to give updates and feedback. She deals with your case as though it was hers. In my 5years in this industry, I have never seen a better Estate Agent like Claire. Well what can I say about Leaders. Absolutely brilliant.
The whole process,.from setting up my tenancy, to moving in it was plain sailing all the way and the staff are lovely.
Where they really shine is Property Management. My Property Manager Mahema is an absolute gem! I had problems with my Housing Benefit, and she was so supportive and full of advice on ways to get my issue resolved. She helped me through a really stressful time. Leaders Managers should take note of this lovely young lady. She is a credit to you and she deserves a huge pat on the back. She's always at the end of the phone or on email, eager to help. Her customer service is superb and I seriously can't thank her enough. Even when it comes to repairs, she ensures the job is complete. Mahema you are a credit to Leaders and they are very lucky to have you. I'm so grateful for everything you've done.

I’m just glad to have these guys daily managing these properties and sorting me out. On point guys. So blessed I have such a fantastic work relationship with these guys. I’d be scuppard without this team working their socks off to help me get the right tenants into the properties (that’s so important) also managing portfolio when things crop up. Sue Carter (move manager) and Claire Ayres were fantastic. Kept me informed and up to date throughout and always there to help with any questions and were answered very swiftly. Above and beyond service.

I literally cannot fault any of the excellent, highly professional service Mark, Sue, Claire and the Leaders Kings Norton Team gave. I did not realise when I chose Leaders that I was in fact the blessed customer who had picked an excellent team to handle the sale of my late Aunt's house. 100% from start to finish on everything and as a person who works in market research, I never give 100% as there is always room for improvement but I literally cannot think of anything that this team could have done better. When decided to go ahead with the property wanted to pay the deposit. The Branch manager Karen then said there are a few people interested in the property and for me to be considered i will need to take the No deposit option. i was not given the option to pay the deposit. it was either the NDO option or i don't get the property. They have no care what so ever for the customers all they cared about was the extra money they make from the NDO option. Be careful and avoid them making you take the NDO option as you are just paying extra for no reason.

Really amazing customer service whilst searching for a property, Libbi was really attentive and extremely pleasant to deal with! I would definitely recommended Leaders. Thank you Libbi for the great service provided.

Chelsea dealt with our rental incredibly smoothly and efficiently and made the lettings process seamless with her responsiveness and can-do attitude. Our property is now being managed by Aimee and similarly, she is very responsive and helpful in the day to day management and follow-up. A very good, professional and friendly team that I would recommend for lettings services.
