Disgusting busines. Scam people deposit money in order to keep them as cash flow. Office by office find an excuse so they don't pay money back and often they just lie.
Don't trust them at all, there is much beter and serious company around.
I HOPE MANY OF YOU WITS SAME ISSUE REGARDS DEPOSIT FEE REPOTRT THEM to Trading Standards
You can also report Leaders to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline (0808 223 1133). Local councils enforce the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and can fine letting agencies up to £5,000 for unlawful holding deposit retention. Just like I did. In order to get my deposit back I had to make a small claim against them.

Major issues trying to rent a property…
Major issues trying to rent a property from this company. They need to reconsider their process for vetting landlords in the future as we are currently in a situation where the rental agreement began a week ago and 6 months rent has been paid but still no keys to the property. Have asked for either money to be refunded or keys handed over every day for 5 days now with no resolution in sight.

Took advantage of a single homeless mother!
I wouldn't even give this company a star. They took my holding deposit. I am currently homeless with a 14 year old child and they knew this took advantage and refused to give me back my holding deposit. After a number of emails they ignore me. They made a difficult situation even more worse for me that I couldn’t go ahead and look for other properties because i was out of pocket.

Amazing service from Hamiary

Rental agents
I used Leaders to source and coordinate my property rental. I found them very professional and responsve. They had potential tenants ready to view prior to my purchase date and I had a tenant in situ within a few weeks of purchase. Ham kept me up to date and resloved any issues, presenting me with a solution. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Had an issue with my roof and Leaders were going to arrange for a quote. I didn't receive any information for over 2 weeks. I arranged it myself, quoted and completed in an afternoon.
