Leaders - Lewisham Reviews

Finding the right property can be quite a daunting experience, but thankfully I've had the pleasure of dealing with Selwyn.

Although we haven't moved in just yet, Selwyn has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process so far. He's warm, friendly, approachable and, above all, extremely professional.

I've had plenty of questions along the way, and he's always been readily available, patient and happy to help. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and his reassuring manner has made the whole experience considerably easier.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the people he's helping.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Selwyn to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely lovely property consultant.

I had a great experience communicating with Selwyn. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our chat. He responded quickly, answered all my questions, and efficiently arranged a flat viewing for me tomorrow with Lillie. I really appreciate his excellent communication and support. I’m looking forward to the viewing and meeting Lillie tomorrow. Hopefully, everything goes well and the landlord accepts my offer so I can rent the flat. Thank you, Selwyn, for making the process so smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Lillie has been truly fantastic, and we as a family, looking for a rental property, have really appreciated all her help.

He was very helpful, very understanding and easy to communicate with

Jake was so friendly & made the flat viewing experience so much better than usual! I got quick responses from everyone in the team and they were helpful throughout. Thanks to Sharon, Tim, Selwyn, Aleyna, Lillie and Jake!

Selwyn finds me great Tenants

We are just starting our rental search and contacted Leaders after seeing a property they are marketing online. Selwyn from the london office has gone above and beyond to help us, with innovative and proactive ideas and amazingly quick responses. It is so very appreciated and reassuring to know we are in great hands. Thank you so much. Gemma

Selwyn is a true professional and an excellent asset to the company. He took the time to understand my needs, asked the right questions, and genuinely worked to find the best solution for me. What impressed me most was his responsiveness, even answering my messages at 7:00 AM London time. Having someone like Selwyn on the team is a real credit to the company.

Had a a great experience working with Selwyn to look for flats and schedule viewings. He really understood our needs and helped us out in our search.

Thanks a lot!

Jake was really helpful and professional, treated our property with the upmost respect

Was assisted by Sharon who was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Sharon is lovely. She was extremely helpful in a particularly awkward situation. I would highly recommend her to all. Thank you Sharon

My partner and I have been looking for a flat recently, and Selwyn has been a great point of contact throughout the process. She replies quickly and has provided clear, detailed information whenever possible. It also helps that she has been friendly and professional, which has been making the whole experience much smoother. We really appreciate her support.

Tim was really helpful over the phone and had some great information about the property and the surrounding area. Looking forward to my viewing !

I have just made an enquiry about a property advertised by Leaders. Within minutes, Selwyn Pacheco got in touch, and answered my questions about the property. Unfortunately the move-in date did no match my needs but the discussion was really helpful. I am hoping that suitable accommodations will become available soon

Hi there, we are at early stages of our research and Selwyn Pacheco is already been very helpful and on top of our request with a friendly approach.
We have good hopes to find our new home

The response from Selwyn was prompt and professional despite feeling unwell. He was able to support with my enquiry and even offered some advice on how to go about my enquiry.

Tim Jordan was very detailed and explained all Leaders services very clearly. It's just a shame that I had to cancel the viewings as my landlord is no longer going to sell our property.

Jake and Selwyn have been very helpful to us on our flat hunt so far! Communication has been good and quick, thanks both!

I had a brilliant experience with Tim at Leaders. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. I was really impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness.

I would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone looking for a good property agency. A big thank you to Tim Jordan for his excellent service and support!
