I want to say a very Big thank you to Faith Graham for her humbleness to explain everything to my knowledge during my viewing and also during my documentation processing. I’m so glad to have leaders as my agency and now I’m enjoying my property peacefully without no issues.

Leaders supported me during the festive period with a move that I wanted assurances on in two main areas; speed of application process, assurances that maintenance concerns would be taken seriously. My previous property had serious maintenance issues that resulted in the ceiling falling down in the kitchen and I wanted to feel assured that I'd secured somewhere else and that I wouldn't have the delays if I needed something fixing in the future. Leaders was responsive and ensured that I knew exactly how to raise a concern if I needed to, in fact someone called me in the first week just to make sure I didn't have any problems with the house.

While not everyone will be moving for the reasons I did, I do feel like they paid attention to what mattered to me, even after the money was paid and the tenancy was signed. To do this during a time of year where resources are usually thin on the ground speaks volumes.

I would have liked to have been bothered about insurance just a little less than I was, small issue though.

Faith Graham at the Leaders Northampton branch was exceptional in helping me find a house quickly and ensuring a smooth move-in process. However, a critical detail was overlooked—any issues within the property would be met with silence and indifference.

The property management team is virtually non-existent when it comes to addressing concerns. Managers like Jolanta Stonekute and Ewelina Kreglicka either do not respond at all or provide responses that are far from actual solutions. Instead of resolving problems, they resort to anecdotes about their personal experiences, as if that justifies the lack of basic tenant support.

Leaders seems less like a professional letting agency and more like a safe haven for landlords who are unwilling to maintain livable conditions. Heating is kept on strict timers at suboptimal temperatures, even in extreme cold, with no willingness to adjust. Issues regarding cupboard or fridge space—amenities tenants pay for—are dismissed with the expectation that residents should simply “adjust” to the inconvenience.

Beyond poor property management, the company appears focused on maximizing profits rather than tenant welfare. Expect to be pushed toward unnecessary insurance policies rather than receiving genuine assistance.

In summary, Leaders fails to live up to its name. If you’re looking for responsive management and a hassle-free renting experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish I could give zero stars for the zero service!

Being of foreign nationality finding a suitable home can be very stressful bt Faith Graham Leaders made it a walk in the park. She was very helpful,guided us and supported us and constantly communicated
throughout the process with emails and followup calls from the house viewing, the application, the moving in and even after i moved. Faith even remembered it was my birthday on my move in date and gave me a gift from leaders which showed me they do not just see clients as case numbers.. Really impressed

i had a very good first time landlord with leaders there were some small issues the cost on my side but overall i the service was 5/5 and very helpful most of the trouble i had was doing what was needed to make my place tenant ready but leaders explained all this to me overall i am glad i chose to go with leaders i would again

Leaders manage our rental portfolio and a big thank you as always and once again to Jolanta and the team Lillian and Faith for rapidly renting our two recently vacated rental properties. Once again lovely tenants carefully vetted. Been using the Northampton office now for 25 years starting out with 2 properties and increasing to 14 from there. Never had any major tenant issues, due I believe to the vetting process which Jolanta and the team do so well.
100% recommended.
