Buyer

I started looking at the property around September of last year. Dan was very helpful since the start from viewing the property to completing the purchase. He is prompt with communication and reply to all the queries in a timely manner, for example me making the offer and him communicating it to the seller and communicating back to me. It was a stressful time for me but Dan was very supportive. He goes beyond and above of what was expected on him by chasing both side of lawyers ( seller and buyer) to speed up the process.
Thanks to Dan's effort, I have completed my purchase in Catalina Drive and got the keys 27th of February 2026.
I will recommend leaders because of competent and efficient professionals working on them like Daniel.
I am truly grateful.

Lots of experience and a calm and knowledgeable approach that got results were another agent failed.

We had our house on the market for many months with another agent with little results, Patrick came to advise us and we took his advice on how best to market the house, we now have a buyer and about to exchange. Excellent result and we cannot thank you and your team enough.
