Chloe has been our property manager for some time now and during this period we have had occasions to involve her with change of tenants, late payments of rent, obtaining increases in rental amounts and various necessary maintenance jobs and statutory requirements. In all of our dealings, we have found Chloe excellent, efficient, gets back to you when she says she will and hugely helpful and friendly.

Since Chloe became Property Maintenance Manager, communication has improved significantly. She responds promptly to any faults reported and ensures issues are handled efficiently and professionally. There have been some maintenance problems which she has promptly dealt with. In addition, there have been a couple of late payments of the rent. She has contacted the tenant and the matter was quickly resolved

I was relocating from another country and after doing reference checks and paying for the apartment, I thought everything was sealed. I was given a contract to sign of which they said on the move-in day, the landlord will sign too. Almost a month later, I flew to the UK and was set to move-in, I was told that the tenant refused to move out, and so I could not move-in. I was left stranded with my family and refunded my money, with nothing done to get me another apartment as a replacement.

Fantastic approach, the Reigate team have been fantastic, especially Tom Welsh. He’s been ever so professional that we decided to give him our property into management instead of just tenant search.

I would like to commend Kirsty in the management team following a very difficult tenant. She took so much of the stress and strain away from me and I trusted her implicitly to act in my best interests. She is a credit to the Leaders team and I know that my property is in the best hands.
