Really excellent team on hand when needed!

Had some difficulty to get paperwork and the team has been so kind, patience and very supportive in to getting the rent contract done. I was very humbled.

We have been using Leaders of Stamford to let out our house for quite a number of years. We can truly say that from the first - obtaining a Tenant, checking finances, obtaining references etc, Gracie has been brilliant! From the beginning it took hardly any time at all to sort the paperwork (all online) to signing a very nice Tenant. Thank you Gracie for all your help and patience with my questions.

Just taken a day off work to view a property with Sophie in Peterborough. She didn’t turn up and only called me because I had text her. She forgot the keys bless her. Cost me several hundred pounds. Bunch of clowns.

I was new to the renting process and wasnt expecting it to be as easy as it was! I could ring Alisha whenever and she would explain everything fully and left no question unsanswered. Thank you 🙂

I would not recommend dealing with Leaders Stamford. We have had multiple issues with them that have ended up formal complaints.

A simple bit of advice, reply to emails or better still pick up the phone and communicate.Instead you have gone down the route of smoke and mirrors.

Alex the property inspector from Stamford Branch is a real asset to your Company. He is so polite, professional, respectful

Do Not use this joke of an agency to let out your properties. If i could give them 0 stars i would. Awful service, no communication between 10 different agents who are somehow all "managing your property". I gave them 4 properties to find me tenants, they found us 1 dodgy tenant and when we refused to take him they cancelled all other viewings for my property without any communication with me. I managed to find my own tenants by sheer luck, completely useless bunch of individuals with 0 knowledge on property or marketing.

I would like to thank Alison Neylan for her patience and professionalism in the manner in which she is dealing with a very difficult tenant for me. It's great to know I can pick the phone up any time and get support and action from her.

Extremely unacceptable discriminating behaviour.
Having called the letting department Stamford, to arrange a viewing on a property to let, I was informed that the property would not be suitable for myself and children, as the bedrooms are extremely small and they would only accommodate a bed and no other furniture, therefore the agent felt this would not meet my family needs.
I expressed that surely I should be afforded the opportunity to make this division myself, however I was still refused a viewing.
I will not contact this company again for any property they are marketing and feel that the landlords paying for their services should be made aware that the company are not working in their best interest.
Maybe this is why the let agreement made last week on this property has fallen through.
Extremely unprofessional letting agency, with no customer service skills and lack of knowledge on their own discrimination polices they are supposedly governed by.

Unacceptable!!

Myself and my partner have struggled with them for almost 2 weeks in regards to a house up for let. We have tried timelessly to book a viewing to be told ‘we will call you back’ to never receive one? We were told we had a viewing booked last Friday and was to be confirmed once they called the tenant to then not receive a call back or any kind of confirmation. It has been happening time and time again. We’re just going round in circles!

Scammers, Thieves, Con Artists

We had the unfortunate circumstances of having to rent through Leaders with their No Deposit Option. They were absolutely useless from the moment we signed the contracts right up until they falsified evidence and took illegal actions that damaged our credit scores.

Joanne from the Stamford branch had to be threatened with calling the police after she refused to leave the property having been asked 10 times to do so. After we moved out of the property she then did the check out with no one else present and placed dirty plasters, tissues, and other rubbish around the property whilst making claims we hadn’t cleaned. She also urinated in the toilet. Despite us refusing the cleaning works they requested they went ahead and issued a work order with their contracted cleaners. Including illegal charges such as professional carpet cleaning, which had already been done. They then added an arbitration fee and took the matter to arbitration and never sent us any of the forms, or information regarding arbitration.

They have now sent the matter to debt collectors and we are seeking legal advice. This is a well known scam that Leaders run. Don’t ignore the bad reviews on here. They are thieves and scammers. I would query the validity of the 5* reviews too as everyone I know has had bad experiences with Leaders across the country.

The property in question has also now been renovated.

Absolutely awful no communication between any of them especially Maria and Angus from the Stamford branch waited until my move in day to decline everything after outside all my contracts and paid a deposit which they’ve said is nonrefundable even though they didn’t check anything before taking my money, only time the communication was clear was when they wanted my deposit, both told me different things didn’t have a clue what they were talking about and told me different prices for the same room multiple times, impossible to get in contact with and I’ve left me an awful situation, absolutely the worst branch ever, they claim to have a new homeowners guide and are supposed to help first-time buyers but have done nothing to help me at all even though I made it very clear the position I was in they have now blamed the fact that they’ve messed up on me and left me on my move in day with nowhere to move into

If I could rate 0 I would. No willing to answer or reply. Or even call back. Suprised it has this rating really. Takes forever to get things done. Imagine If you need something fixed and it never happens or If it is not they problem.

Disgusting service in Stamford, Lincolnshire.Do not trust these, they left my 70 year old uncle in a house with unreliable central heating and a permanent drip on a hot water tap meaning that it cost a fortune just to have a bath.
Because they persuaded him to take an 18 month contract we couldn’t get him out of it, and when he did tell them he was leaving they let him go then charged for not putting it in writing, and because it has not yet been paid because we are fighting it they keep adding charges.

I found Lucy at the Stamford Leaders branch very helpful when trying to find my new home. Very professional and I would highly recommend.
