Great insight to Lean Management
I found the Fundamentals of Lean course online and overall had a very positive experience. The materials are well thought through, logically structured, and easy to follow. The content is presented in a way that really makes you stop, think, and take notes rather than just passively listen.
A big plus is that the recordings are from real live sessions prepared for attendees, not an automated voice, which makes the learning feel much more human and engaging. The course is especially valuable for managers or anyone looking to improve operational flow and process thinking.
The only downside for me was the volume of automated emails after enrolling. There were simply too many, which at times gave the impression of being bombarded with communication.
Overall, a solid course with strong content and delivery, just slightly over communicated on the admin side.

I found the course material to be exceptionally clear and easy to understand. The concepts were explained in a straightforward manner, making it very easy to grasp even the complex topics. The structure of the content made the learning process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

The course guideline was up to the mark as it was a free one. Including more quizzes or short exams would have judged the learner's output better.

Good course
Not a bad way to improve your productivity, especially for problem solving and related matters. Maybe they should add more case studies tho (kidding lol there's definitely too many)

The content was clear, engaging, and directly applicable to real-world scenarios. I appreciated how the course broke down Lean principles into manageable steps, with practical examples that made it easy to connect theory to action.
The interactive exercises and case studies really solidified my understanding, and I walked away with tools I could immediately apply to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement in my work. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the pacing allowed me to absorb the material without feeling rushed.
I can already see the positive impact in the way I approach problem-solving and process efficiency.
