Customer support is incredible, user friendly plateform, affordable

LearnDesk is an amazing software solution for coaches like me. It has easily helped me with scheduling, reminders, and material sharing.

As a provider, Learndesk did not work for us. Their website was not well indexed. Without notification they took an unauthorised further year's funding. 10 months later have still not received a refund.

I have received multiple unsolicited emails, supposedly from Vivek Puri of LearnDesk Marketplace. They have been sent to an address harvested from the internet (it's available nowhere else), maybe because I have used "educator" as a key word. These emails refer to my "learning content" and how it would "be helpful for a lot of people", which is interesting as there is no learning content on my site. I am also offered "a revenue share of 100%", which, frankly, I find doubtful.

Whether the service is actually any good or not, I cannot say, but, considering the SPAM approach and the blatant lies in the email, I have no intention of finding out.

I am currently taking the Florida Real Estate course online through LearnDesk. I don't recommend it. All you get is the online version the the Principles of Real Estate Practice In Florida book and the ability to read it and take the exams at your own pace. That in itself is fine but there are no options to print important pages, highlight important information to easily find later, and there is no way of searching specific topics. There is no Glossary or Definition sections that I have found. Other online courses that I have taken in the past have offered study helps such as flash cards, printed guides for study, and the ability to print specific pages. I won't go down this path again.

My course is still up on learn desk even though I asked them to remove it 2 years ago. Never received a penny in sales. Don't know if they made any sales , but I know Udemy has sold thousand of this course in the lasy 2 years. Nice little earner for learndesk ripping off my course. Don't go near them !!!

Absolute scam. I signed up and the service was not what they promised. I cancelled my subscription and now a year later they have charged me again. There is no way to remove my card from their site and they are completely unresponsive for cancelling. DO NOT SIGN UP.

I received spam from this Vivek Puri guy today. I visited his learning site out of curiosity. The site had noticeable errors so it appeared like it was put together by an amateur. In the spam email, he claimed his "website [was] visited by 100 million+ people annually". That's just an outright lie. I looked him up online and wasn't surprised to find all of the negative reviews.

Receiving either unsolicited emails from this company or their email address is being spoofed - either way, I’ve never heard of them, let alone had any contact with them, nor do I wish to!

Excellent service and easy to use software

I've been using LearnDesk for a few years and it's the perfect software for my teaching business and they provide good customer support. All the features are available here from start to end. If you will use this software you don't need to use any other services for your business.

It has been more than thirty days since I have joined and from the first meeting, I cancelled and asked for a refund. But to no avail. Con artists and seriously bad bad business people. Vivek Puri is a downright crook. I am starting a extensive big campaign when I get back from trip...till it gets their attention. And they start playing ball like good kids. And tell people upfront the real costs of this joke of a platform they claim to have millions of hits on. God forgive them for all this bad service and all the seriously bad sales pressure techniques, I wish I had never come across these beings.

I contacted their customer service to cancel my service for the coming year well before the renewal and they charged me anyway and refused to refund my money!

I've never interacted with this business, but a while ago I started receiving incessant marketing emails from them thanking me for "my interest" in their product. I've tried to unsubscribe and have asked them to remove my data from their records, to no avail. I don't know where they've scraped my info from, but I really wish they'd stop pestering me.

I don’t know what to leave for a star since I only signed up 6 weeks ago. I have not completed my recorded class, so I have no idea if students would purchase it or not.
They have been very attentive and offer support. However, you are forced to add-on storage. The membership does not even include 1GB to upload files. It only includes 500MB. I don’t want to pay $55CAD monthly to add a course. I was never told about this limit until I became a member. That is wrong. An extra 600 a year.

LearnDesk really helped me with what I was looking for, in terms of scheduling my live sessions to accepting payments. It has made booking sessions with my clients very easy and also helps me share any kind of materials with my clients, if needed.
