They pretend to know my content, which they can't since it's on a public site. They repeatedly spammed me on multiple businesses.

This business is scam, their content can't be of any quality at all if they claim that they want to integrate my demo content (black screen with no sound) into their site for paying customers

AVOID AT ALL COST

The fact that there is a warning from trustpilot at the top of this page warning that there is untrustworthy activity from the company says it all!

I was contacted and promptly booked in a sales call as this platform seemed ideal! An almost too good to be true offer.

I have a video sequence of training videos that I wanted to put together into a training platform. I would need to host the videos on the platform as well as have follow up emails.

I was told that everything i needed was included within the platform.

Even in the documentation they ask you to read it outlines all of the amazing features you can have but doesn't mention the cost.

What I wasn't told was everything I needed to make this into a the platform I requested came at an extra monthly cost.

After paying £250 for the subscription it was going to cost me a further £750 just to set up my training platform.

I was told if I didn't like it I could make it a text platform and have links to videos stored elsewhere.

Thats not what I wanted, if it was I would have made a new landing page on my website and not got into this mess.

I was advised I could request a refund if I wasn't happy.

So I did.

And you'll never guess what happened next...

NOTHING!

I have been ignored for the past couple of months to the point that when I contacted Vivek Puri, the company vice president he hung up on me.

The morning after adding this review I was contacted by Vivek offering me a "reasonable" amount of storage.

No apology for ignoring me for 2 months or addressing the fact I requested a refund and was then ignored.

I would like to point out at the time of writing this review I had not had an account set up with them for nearly 2 months! The support team advised me that a refund would not be issued until I had cancelled and fully deleted my account from the system.

This says it all to me! He couldn't even be bothered to check his own system to see if I was still set up.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I joined LearnDesk less than a month ago and I already have a fully functional set of five classes (with bundle) up and running. (I already had the video clips in my library but never built an online course of this type.) I found the software to be exceptionally easy to use and perfectly fit my needs. Learndesk makes a lot of support available through half hour Zoom sessions that you can set up a day in advance. They also have a tech support chat feature that so far has provided answers to my questions from a human (not a bot) within minutes.

This is a truly outstanding platform for building and monetizing an online class. Learndesk does provide a listing of your classes on their site and I understand that there is some type of course catalog produced every few months. However, you should not rely on that as your main form of promotion. It's really up to you to drive business to your classes. The platform requires you to provide preview videos for each class and you have the option of designating a free preview lesson within each class. I announced the classes and promoted links to these videos on Linked-In and received more than 100 class views on the first day.

They keep spamming me without ever having signed up

A great place for hosting the courses and getting audience. The Price of the subscription is very low as compared to the other platforms. They also offer marketing support and a lot of unique features that no other platform offers. The best part is that learndesk is a global platform used by students of different countries. So I would say, go for this platform without even thinking for a second.

They got me to signup with their service over a year ago. They were very persistent in the signing-up phase. I didn't get even one person to buy my courses.
They listed my courses way down in their catalog making it very difficult for a prospective customer to even find me. It would be a waste of time and money to go with this company. They provide no follow-up after signing you up.

I recently signed up with LearnDesk and it has been a good experience for me so far. The software that they have created is really useful and interactive not only to me but to all the teachers and coaches.
They train you on how to utilize the features and the software as well.

LearnDesk software features are really good for holding live classes or coaching sessions. I used to struggle a lot with payments from my students and clients but this has made it so much easier to handle payments and reminders as well.

Great Platofrm, from teaching my students to giving my students homework assignments to, watch videos, solve quizzes, the software has all these features. Really glad I found LearnDesk at such a cheaper price.

WARNING! It's a big scam! I got an email stating that they have 100M yearly visits. I checked on Ahrefs and they have less than 30.000 yearly visits. On top of that, they are pretending to be stupid, oh, I didn't know about about those numbers! BIG SCAM WARNING!

I am currently trying to cancel and having getting no response. Anyone have any advice?

I agree with another review, if I could give this company a zero, I would. I had explicitly stated at the outset, that I wanted to upload pre-recorded courses, and at no time did any of their’ staff’ mention that none of the features I wanted were included in the fee that I paid. I assumed (my mistake!) that like any reputable company they would have mentioned that this was an ‘add-on’. I realized immediately I had made a mistake, and this was not the platform for me. It was then I observed that there is no address on their site footer , no customer service, no phone number to reach anyone. They ignore all your emails. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM.

If I can give this company zero, I would. At first, It"s looked like a good opportunity but the service is very bad and it is very difficult to cancel, It was very hard for my client to sign in to my classes, they promised good promotion and didn't do anything. I didn't get a notice for renewal, and they charged my Paypal that same day I tried canceling my account, and wouldn't pay me back, there is nobody to talk to they don't respond to emails or give the option to speak to customer service, I am filing a dispute. I really think they are bad Bad company they should not be in business.

LearnDesk is operating in an unethical, immoral, and untrustworthy nature. I don't even give it 1 x star but can't leave a review unless I do so.

I signed up in January 2022 after being phoned constantly by an employee doing a hard sales job, but I had brain fog with covid so I thought I'd try it. I could not use the service for a whole year as found it to be clunky and very time-consuming without giving me any benefits for my business.

The worst part is that on the 18th of January 2023 this year, LearnDesk took another amount of  £149.99 from my bank account without my consent, and were only able to do this as they'd saved my card details.

Unlike any other reputable company, after contacting LearnDesk several times, they are refusing to refund it. If you want to find a good online learning platform try Udemy. Good luck with your ventures.

LearnDesk is what I needed.

This platform has a team of professionals ready to listen and answer all my questions, and to help me build the lessons, courses that allow me to do what I like to do, to teach.

With the lifetime plan, I know that I have made the right decision. I will focus less on the technical, financial, or fiscal aspects of my business and focus more on being in the classroom with my students.

This service presents itself as quite the opportunity but do not be misled. Their SEO is pitiful for what you pay as well as paying extra charges for add on services you didn’t sign up for. Do yourself a favor if you want to teach online and just use
Zoom or another straightforward platform.

Don’t do it. This company sells you a course platform with certain features and once you pay (for a YEAR AT ONCE) they try to up charge you for features they told you came with it. It’s a bait and switch.
As SOON as I realized that (within 1 day of playing with the platform and trying to set it up the way I wanted and finding out I needed to pay MORE money to do so) I asked for a refund and cancellation so that I wasn’t charged anything without my permission. There is no number to call, they are extremely delayed in responding to emails. They refused a refund but then cancelled my service. I prepaid for a YEAR! I still had MONTHS left on my subscription.
I had to email about this since you can’t talk to anyone.
They then “turn my account back on” and tell me I have to RECANCEL before I’m charged again next year. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience and a sham of a “product/platform”

Don’t waste your money, time, or sanity working with LearnDesk.

My recommendation: Don’t!
As soon as you get onboard, they will start to push for the paid membership. If you don't pay, you don't get much.
I sold a couple of my courses/products. It was not clear just how much I was to be paid. You cannot withdraw any money from your account until you have accumulated $100.00. If you product is not expensive, it could take a long time.
After more than two years, I cancelled my account, didn’t see any of the money I made. Did not get an answer to any e-mail I sent regarding this issue.

Product seamed okayish last fall. But when I wanted to cancel the service for future payments, no response in my many emails, just spamming me with other emails, so can't recommend this service.
