This platform could not have come at a better time. I am a Life coach and I have been juggling all the tools I need to function on several different platforms. This is a one stop shop and has already made my life easier. The overview and training on how to use it is very thorough and the Administrator was very helpful and answered all my questions that made things very seamless. Quick response from LearnDesk Support!
I've just started with LearnDesk after using other LMS and registration systems. While it's still new for me, I've been pleased with the quick and thorough responses from LearnDesk support. Having a company walk a new customer through setup step-by-step is great.
Sketchy, evasive, and untrustworthy at best
I was contacted by a representative for LearnDesk--a Senior VP, per his email signature--who claimed to have somehow come across information on my books via my website, though he cited no specific details.
A cursory search on the company revealed many complaints from prior clients regarding deceptive marketing and billing practices, technical failures, and an overwhelmingly negative business rating, which I asked the representative to address before proceeding further. He was unable to do so, instead repeatedly falling back on a page of compensated testimonials posted on the LearnDesk website.
All the flimsy responses provided over an exchange of several emails struck me as evasive at best or entirely misleading. The representative was completely unable or unwilling to explain or mitigate the many claims against LearnDesk, leading me to an extremely negative view of the company, as he evidently could not respond meaningfully to basic inquiries such as any reasonable person would require prior to entering into any business arrangement.
Sketchy at best. I would advise extreme caution before doing business with this company, for whose services there exist many more credible alternatives.
They have the real full package
I have not been with learn desk for that long. However, their level of service and what they offer on their platform for someone teaching is unparalleled. I've been watching technologies evolve and these are finally the people I want to work with. They have the platform and the commitment to client. They have this at a price that works for a sole practitioner like me.

I was extremely satisfied with the software and tools provided by this company. Their customer service was exceptional, as they provided detailed assistance via video and patiently answered all of my questions and clarified any doubts I had. It's clear that coaches and teachers would be eager to use their platform due to the high quality of their service.
Excellent Company, Outstanding Customer Service
I'm a teacher at LearnDesk. This is an amazing company with superior software and excellent customer service. I bought the lifetime subscription, which is very reasonable in price. LearnDesk assisted me with every question while I was setting up my first 7 classes. Now I can earn money via Stripe for my classes. They generously guided me through each step in private Zoom interviews with their technicians. Beware of competitors posting negative reviews. Make up your own mind.

If you value your professional business, stay away from this con company
I joined Learndesk in May this year, and have fought for two months to close it. It has been one nightmare after another with money being taken out of my account of various amounts, which when I demnded to know why, they confessed it was a mistake and no more money would be taken = 3 more payments were taken and will not be refunded. My 6 week course I uploaded and then had to reconstruct again to my satisfaction as it took out all lines and spaces etc, which obviously doesn't look professional. When I went back to check a few weeks later as I hadn't had any sales, the whole course was in complete disarray, with sentences running into each other, no spaces and the first week of my course repeating. All the other information had gone. I was/am livid and they have refused to refund my money
Stay away from this corrupt conning company. They do not give what they advertise and when you complain, it took eight emails over two months and a note that my bank were involved before I received any communication and then it was a snide comment and thankfully, the account is finally closed...I hope. I don't have any belief that it will be that easy. :(
Stay Away - Thieves
I wish I could give these folks a zero. They have owed me money since May for a class that I taught. They have promised to release the funds multiple times, and never followed through.
They also lied about what the service would provide, selling me a year-long membership with unlimited storage. Two months later, they started charging me 14.95 a month. They said if I brought my saved videos down, the price would come down next month. It didn't.
Utter scam
Do not waste your time with this company. They are dishonest. They took an annual subscription with no notice and refused a refund when I asked for one on the same day as they took the money. My belief is that they are scammers, have no interest in marketing courses and are only interested to take your money under false pretenses. do not use them!

I booked my call with them, already having concerns about the business model. If instructors pay all the fees and then get 100% of sales, what would be the platform's incentive to bring in new students and increase traffic? Seems like they would only be interested in signing up new instructors and getting money from them.
During the call none of my questions about the number of students on the platform, average conversion rates and growth were answered, the company representative was evasive and just kept saying really bad things about Udemy and Kajabi where I'm hosting my courses. If you advertise your service by trashing your competition and on top of that you cannot provide transparency around your business model and real sales numbers, how can your business be trusted?
I told them I think they're a scam and later that same day I received a number of anonymous threats on my site to report me to Udemy. I was not able to track who left these, but I don't have anyone else to suspect.
Nowadays I keep receiving emails from them every week - "I came across your learning content and found it to be useful for a lot of people" despite numerous attempts of unsubscribing.
My advice is to avoid this company
If you are thinking of putting your courses on this platform think at least twice.
I used them for a year and didn't sell one course although I have a vibrant business away from this platform.
Like other users, I had the experience of being unable to get a refund for the time left on my paid subscription once my materials were removed from their platform. I found the company to lack integrity and I wouldn't trust them.

Do not provide any content to this company, lots of hidden fees, bad communication and no offer of a refund. Had they had any reviews when I signed up back in July I would have known not to bother.
I am disappointed to say the least.
I tried my best to get my teaching site up on Learn Desk. A month later I gave up. The tech support is inferior. They are quick to get your money. Once you inquire about joining their site they bombard you with endless emails and reminders. I have never seen anything like it/overwhelming.
I asked for a refund at least five times with no luck. I would think more than twice before getting involved with Learn Desk. I am disappointed, to say the least.

I have rated Learndesk 1 because there is no 0 rating. Misleading claims like you can load unlimited courses and when you sign up they slug your with extra charges, none of the scope and limitations of each plan they offer is shown in the Terms of Services or the website compared to Kajabi and similar platforms. Very evasive responses to queries.
Great company to work with
Great company to work with. They provide excellent software that I use for my business. I can schedule clients easily and give them recorded content. The reminder system helps improve attendance. I can even send text reminders. My customers pay weekly through a subscription option linked to my Stripe account. I am happy to use their system.
Pushy and arrogant
I got a pushy sales call from them. First they used some CHEAP VOIP software to call me. That was the first put off. Next When I mentioned not so worthy comments from trustpilot, she said I'm not sure how accurate they are. The tone of voice was like I'm inferior and they are superior. I would have expected to hear how they are dealing with these issues. Moreover their email marketing add-on is as costly as the established crowd, that's an $15 add-on per month. I even saw reviews of no customer support and inaccurate credit card billing.
They haven't addressed concerns of current users as well.
Overall they have failed to provide the necessary consumer experience for me. There was NO FOCUS on how they could help me. They opened by saying have you read the starter guide. No personal connect, they have no idea what I do, no preparation on their part. Besides they lifted my details from some leaked scenario to get my email. If you can't market to me, how will you go through with your promise to market our courses? I recommend that you wait till there are more success stories from people you know or of they give you a 3 month free trial and check it out.

There are too many hidden costs such as add-ons that you find yourself having to pay monthly fees. It just adds up quickly. I recommend udemy for example which has the info right away and you pay upon selling your lessons.
this platform is not fully ready yet and is very pushy and trying to steal clients from other platforms- they should rather concentrate on making it a better platform first. You have to take so many online zoom meetings where you learn absolutely nothing new it is just a big waste of my time
