I purchased a swing from Learning Space last year and had a slight problem with it last week I contacted Learning space late on a Thursday and got almost an immediate reply. Each email was responded to promptly and the matter was corrected within days. Cannot praise their customer services highly enough. A great company to do business with. Would highly recommend

I had a really positive experience with Learning SPACE.

The team was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I had an issue with an item being out of stock, but it was handled quickly and a great solution was offered without delay. Communication was clear, and I felt supported the whole time.

Learning space has been brilliant, I had all the stuff In my basket but code wasn't working and I got a phone call in the morning and lady said she will place the order..with in seconds the order was placed. Very helpful and polite. Thankyou 🤗

Excellent customer service. My daughter loves her weighted blanket. It took a little while for the blanket to arrive, but Learning Space kept me up to date on the item being processed and were very helpful with all queries. Highly recommend this company!

Really helpful, good communication. Got some great items for my son, A good variety of sensory and required for disabled and autistic children and families. Offered a mystery sensory items for a small amount of funding we had remaining.

I had to return a sensory carpet because my autistic child didn’t understand or engage with it. From the start, Karen was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She made everything so easy and stress-free, and it was clear she truly understands the needs of children with disabilities and their parents. I felt supported and cared for throughout the whole process. I’m very grateful and highly recommend Learning Space to other parents they really do go above and beyond!

I have received my ordered as i was very quick to review i admit, the delivery was abit long but understandably as warehouse issues and new building, but after learning space contacting me i am very happy that my queries were sorted quickly and so professionally really happy with customer services and i can really tell the difference between toys u buy off other sites and learning space they work straight away no messing about 😀 will definitely be using learning space indefinitely!

I met Andy Hazley, one of the training managers of Learning Space, at an autism conference in Dublin recently. He was enthousiastic, approachable and very knowledgeable about how sensory toys can be used, and in general on the needs and wishes of sensory sensitive people. We were allowed to test out multiple sensory fidgets during the conference (they had also equiped the quiet room with them, aside from their booth in the hall). As a psychiatrist I have come across many fidgets the past few years, and I'm impressed by the durability and how fun they are to keep using. Even days later the products were fresh to the feel and enjoyable. Now I'm back in Belgium, and it's time for me to get a big sensory toys/fidget haul from them!
