Learn Now was an excellent distance learning college for me and I was given all the guidance I needed to get the grades I require for university. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for the freedom of learning independently and supportive teachers.

Based on my experience with their Functional Skills English course, I would advise using another company rather than this one.

Learn Now were very responsive before I enrolled, answering questions promptly. But once I signed up, this suddenly changed. The tutor is supposed to reply within 48 hours (slower than many other companies) yet it was almost always longer than this, and only after I chased them.

It was even worse getting practice papers marked. They say to allow two weeks, but again it took longer. One time I simply didn't hear back from them at all. Despite sending follow-up emails and even calling them in December, I didn't get my paper marked. In fact, I haven't heard from them since.

Because you can't book your exams through Learn Now until they have marked your practice papers and deemed you ready, I had to go through another company and pay additional fees to do so. Thankfully it was well worth it, and I managed to pass first time.

Learn Now's course was affordably priced, yet it wasn't value for money. Their PDFs were very basic and of less use than publicly available study guides, and their lengthy response time and then complete blanking of a student who'd paid for their services was very disappointing. Please go elsewhere.

Simply exceptional.

Learn Now supported my son at short notice following the breakdown of another learning provider, which left my son stranded.

I contacted Learn Now to ask if they could support his A-level Computer Science and UCAS predicted grade. Here’s what happened:

• The advisor immediately enrolled my son after I made the payment and clearly outlined the number of assignments and past papers he needed to complete to secure his predicted grade before the 15th October deadline.

• The course was immediately available to him, and he found the content easy to navigate, with clear guidance on assignment submissions and past papers. The portal was user-friendly.

• From my son’s experience, the Computer Science tutor was very responsive, incredibly supportive, and sympathetic towards my son after being let down by a previous provider. Nevertheless, the tutor marked my son’s assignments on time with support and encouragement.

• My son secured a predicted A* grade and is now booking his exams early (we found an exam centre) where he will sit his exams in 2026. The advisor who arranged my son's predicted grade was quick to act to support his application and was available without any issues - excellent service. 

• Following the predicted grade, my son has received his first UCAS offer from Southampton University, and he is delighted.

The level of support and speed that Learn Now provided was far beyond what most other providers offer, especially given the time constraints. Therefore, I can certainly recommend Learn Now as a place to study and reach your aspirations. Highly recommended.

Customer service is amazing and prompt. Needed a UCAS reference and it was delivered to me promptly! I made my UCAS app two hours before the deadline. Gosh!!!

Learn Now has been an excellent A-Level provider, while providing great resources, and assessments that challenge my knowledge. Learn Now have provided me with references that will help me progress to University.
I am very grateful for my experience with Learn Now, by giving me the opportunity to study for my A-Level examinations.

Doesn't worth the price. I enrolled IGCSE Chemistry and Biology. Learning materials include e-textbooks, some simple quizes and YouTube videos.

I just clicked on one quiz and one video link from the Chemistry course and knew this is not the course I needed. So I didn't bother to check the Bio course and requested to cancel and refund the courses in 3 days after enrollment. They won't give me any full/partial refund at all for the reason that I have accessed the courses even I didn't access the Bio course.

Never contact the tutor, so not sure if they are helpful or not.

Don't waste your money. You can read a textbook, watch youtube videos and have the same result.

Thank you so much to Learn Now for helping me pass my Functional Skills Maths exam. The Tutor was super patient and the exercises they set out for me, really helpful in preparing me for the exam. They also helped me with locating a centre when i was ready. Would 100% recommend!

They helped me pass my A levels and found me an exam centre to sit my exams at locally. The tutors were really helpful and when I got stuck, they gave me more help. What more could you ask for?

I did my IGCSE’s with this school and they weren't very helpful and I resorted to finding my own resources and study from them (save my exams was a very good website to use). The tutors took too long to mark my work and respond to my messages.
The feedback given from my mocks went useful at all and had to ask multiple questions about it.
Also they went very clear on how my exam would go and what I had to do to register as a private candidate.
And there website is very out dated and doesn’t look good.

Resources are excellent and course tutor has been really helpful. Taking online functional skills exam which is much easier for me. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous support. Even with COVID and exams being cancelled. Learn Now supported me throughout and I managed to achieve teacher assessed grades so I am now studying at uni. Thank you guys. Colin F

Not recommended at all for A Level. No replies from tutor after weeks, only communication through chatline with office staff. Wrong book recommended by them and they let us know 4 weeks out from exam after several queries. No refund as yet but I really hope they change their mind. We have used numerous other online providers and this is substandard.

I finished my A Level Computer Science course this year and because exams were cancelled, Learn Now carried out mock exams and put my predicted grades forward for me. I was really worried but they put me at ease and acted professionally when organising my extra work. My Tutor was really busy because of all the extra work but still had time for me. I can’t fault them!

Passed my functional skills English with this company!
Marked my assignments and practice exam papers in good time. Helpful feedback. Prepared me for my exam. Very happy.

I took English Functional skills This online learning course helped me work around my full time job and study in my own time. I got constructive help and feedback provided to me through email, in good time. Very satisfied.
