I have taken a course with this company as I am in the USA and require flexibility. I have thoroughly enjoyed studying the course through them.
I will try again! this is now my 4th time of rewriting my review to make it acceptable to Learnnow. Would you believe that Learnnow are monitoring my review and censoring out the bits they don't like! How arrogant is that! My last attempts have been removed because I used words they didn't like! I'm not even allowed to mention specific words unless it's been to a court of law and proven. I can't yet tell you that what I thought I was buying was not the service I received because I'm still having conversations with Trading Standards and we haven't been to court yet.
Please beware and ask questions before making Payment, the recipt I got was not for the course I purchased. You will not get your money back without a fight even if you request it during the cancellation period. It is very unusual customer service from a company who claim that ‘nothing is too much trouble!’ So make sure you know what you are buying because it is NOT obvious. I am very disappointed with the attitude, the service, the substituted product, the general lack of courtesy and customer service that I received from this company. Now they claim that I was not in the cancellation period because apparently they ‘do not offer paper based courses and do not cancel on-line courses. I did complete an on-line assessment because I tried to make it work but I would never have knowingly bought an on-line course.

I bought english functional skills level 2 course from this provider in September. Materials provided are useless and does not help with exam. When you buy a course its says that you are supported by tutor but when asked for help I was turned down. Its is a rip off to charge of all this money and not be able to achieve anything. I had to buy my own materials and learn from google. When asked for a refund my emails were ignored. Which professional company does this. Its is a waste of time and money.

Managed to complete my 3 A Levels working at my own speed & a lot quicker than if I were at college. Personally, I found the tutors feedback and flexible learning a lot better than if I was at college. Thanks again!
I joined Learnnow in September, like most because of the positive reviews and because I was certain that I would find a lot more help on the website than in my local college. However, that was not the case.
The first month was smooth enough, I got replies to my questions within the 2 day period and my tutor did explain things relatively well, but somewhere along the second month my replies got slower. It got to a point so bad that I had to compile all of the questions I had sent before that were still not answered into one long email. I got a reply back a couple days after responding to my queries. In this reply they promised "I believe, as you work through your courses, everything will come together and you will be more than happy with the outcome. We will try to do everything in our power to ensure that this is the case." I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to keep my tutor and carry on. This was two months ago. And whilst the responses improved for about two weeks they then began to deteriorate once again. I contacted and asked whether my portal was down again as that was the excuse they gave before hand, but I was recieving my messages week/s later.
My main annoyance aside from that mess, was with the fact that none of the materials they provide are remotely helpful for anyone smart enough to use the internet. They're all free resources that have been posted on other websites and nothing is their own. I wouldn't mind if it were all premium resources from other websites, but full documents that have been posted for free? It's ridiculous. You pay almost £400 per subject, get free resources that you could literally get a hold of in a few seconds, a few assingments and extremely late responses over the most simplest of questions. I honestly have no idea how this site is still up and running and how it is even claiming to be worth the money.
In conclusion: international a level students avoid this website.

I started my functional skills maths course a few weeks ago and all is looking good. Tutor Mike is really helpful and system is easy enough to use.
I went for learnnow.org because of all the great reviews I read here and elsewhere. My experience however wasn't good. I had to nag them to get some feedback on two seperate occassions. The first time they took ages getting back to me and tried to blame technical issues. So I let it pass and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then two months went by with no feedback, I nagged again and finally they responded. Their policy says up to two weeks. I was fed up and asked repeatedly for a refund but they just ignored me and keep saying the feedback was there now.
It is my son who uses it and he doesn't see the point if they aren't going to bother to get back to him and just screw him over. Does he wait after submitting a worksheet for two months to get feedback before doing any more work?? Is it a trick to get people to pay up and then give up?? So disappointed. Take your business elsewhere

Despite receiving confirmation that a refund would be issued in line with their terms and conditions by the end of November 2017 it still has not been received. In addition they do not answer even their sales line, return phone messages or respond to emails. Very disappointed by the poor customer service received so would not recommend. It has now been confirmed that refund was not completed as states in response.

Taken a level psychology and have since enrolled also onto a level sociology and biology. Would never use anywhere else!
