I was pleasantly surprised with the despatch of the order less than 12 hours after the order was placed.
It was great to hear that the product would reach me 24 hours after placing the rquest. Great service, smooth execution and quick delivery. All in all, a great experience.

The handbag was different to everything you see in the shops and I get compliments everytime I'm out.
Shipping was so fast and the handbag was wrapped up well

Good quality bag and excellent service. Some of the bags I was interested in were sold out online, but Dan was very helpful in providing alternative options and information on the products that were in stock via email. I’d happily recommend them.

Got the most beautiful red leather satchel from this company. Had lots of compliments about the bag. Was impressed by the fast delivery, and customer service from Daniel. Would recommend. I love my bag!!!

Seriously beautiful product, unlike anything at a similar price point that I could find. And the shipping was shockingly fast. I even came to trust pilot before purchasing because the site seemed a bit odd, but like the rating here suggests, it's a great option for a high quality bag at a midlevel price point.

Beautifully crafted bags of evident quality. When I needed to exchange this was facilitated efficiently .

Took me a while to find a suitable backpack, that would be suitable for travelling but also have enough pockets for my essentials. Leather quality absolutely blew me away, the smell just wow! Can tell it’s real. It’s absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much for the great service as well, fast delivery, no problems!

Never received a confirmation email once I submitted my order. Sent inquiry over website - no response, sent email - no response, sent another email asking for a response and said I would contract bank for a charge back and only then did they respond saying my messages had gone to a separate folder that wasn't monitored. Then I finally received an actual shipping notification. Paid $13.20 for delivery and still hadn't received my item after a week. When item did arrive it had been sent economy which would have only cost $8.80. I had been assured that it had be sent by courier. I don't mind paying for shipping if the amount I pay is actually what it costs. Disappointed with the whole experience and will not be buying from Leather bags NZ again.

Website and checkout very easy to navigate. Great clear images and descriptions left no doubt of what you were ordering. Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me select. Shipping was prompt and my wife absolutely LOVED her new Matilde bag.

The Leather Care Balsam is an excellent product that has a nice fragrance as well.
Must add that Leather Bag NZ's level of customer service is superb.

Loved the colour. Good size to fit a laptop. Seems like good quality, Quick delivery especially as ordered just before Christmas.

My husband absolutely loves his Luxury Leather Hanging Wash Bag! His exact words when he opened the luxury box were, “Wow, this is absolutely beautiful!”

Classy product, well presented

My wife liked the colour but we didn't realise how stiff the leather was. We presume that in time it will soften.
I put some rags at the bottom to shape the bag more so that it would sit on its base. On Rosemary's birthday I will remove the rags and present the bag to her.
Nothing in this world quite satisfies, that's why we need Jesus to bring joy into our soul.

I love my bag. Good quality and great service.

Wow! Super fast delivery.
