No confirmation email or order reference after making a purchase - I can see the money has gone from our account but no other evidence of our order... and no product has arrived! Customer service phone line does not connect, and "live chat" not monitored. No option for resolving or requesting a refund

Bought 2 heart shaped led bulbs to complete the look in our bedroom. Ordering was easy and dispatched very quickly. The bulbs look lovely and give the bedroom a soft glow.

Great piece of kit, easy to fit.
If you are looking for a 24v PSU then this is recommended.

Great care taken to show a real life idea of what the pattern will look like in size etc. Good customer communication via email. The vinyl I purchased was just what I ordered and arrived in substantial tube packaging to avoid any damage. It took just over a week to arrive which was highlighted on my particular vinyl, that delivery may take up to a fortnight, so it was as expected. Looks great.

Helpful and friendly staff. Product range is absolutely incredible. We weren't 100% sure which colour flex or light bulbs to choose so we visited the warehouse. There is no shop but a member of the team was very happy to select a variety of options for us so we could make our choice.

Delivered quickly and exactly what I ordered

I rang the company to check the dimensions of some spring clips for lampshades that were advertised on Amazon. Having tried to find them on their website after numerous searches I was unsuccessful. The first time I called the phone was hung up on me. When I got through the second time all I got was a woman insisting I send an email and they could look into it for me. Apparently they have over 5000 products and couldn't possibly search it for me. It didn't matter what I said to explain the item she kept repeating send an email. OK I thought you clearly do not need my custom, simple! I will be buying elsewhere.

Bought a beautiful light fitting, packaged very well and unfortuantly 3 of the bulbs didn't work, I don't believe this was any fault to the company, builbs are very delicate even when packaged very well, withing 24 hours 3 replacements were sent and tracking number was provided 5* company and customer service!!!
