I ordered 3 bulbs from them, 1 arrived broken. First contact they asked for a photo to see if the leds were working, yes but the glass was broken. They offered a 45% discount for me to keep a broken bulb! They sent a returns label to send it back for a replacement. No more contact from them for 7 days, won't answer the phone so I believe they are now just keeping my money and not replacing my bulb. DO NOT USE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

What ever I purchase from Ledsone i always get a quick response & kept up to date on tracking. The goods I receive are always good quality & as described by Ledsone.
Will alway keep using Ledsone

Ordered 3 chrome pendant lights from this company and all arrived in good time. However, they weren't assembled and I had to put them together myself which was a bit tricky as there were no instructions. And I could not find any online instructions that corresponded with the lights I had purchased. Also, there were some small parts missing. However, credit where it is due. Ledsone were quick to rectify and very apologetic. Excellent customer service!! Hence the 5*. Would however suggest that they include instructions on their site for these particular pendants. Or supply them assembled. Which is how I expected them to arrive. I would definitely use them again when needed. PS Don't bother phoning them as it just rings out. Email seems to be the best method of contact.

I ordered my ceiling light on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. Absolutely delighted with it. Very good value for money and description was exactly what I wanted and it looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Company have a great range of bulbs, I was looking for a vintage bulb for a lamp I am making ,bulb arrived but was wrong item contacted customer service and they managed to sort it out for me, very good response and very helpful,will certainly use again

I ordered two semi flush ceiling lights from Ledsone
They said two to three days for delivery they arrived by Royal Mail in two and a half so good service
I opened them and they exceeded my expectations excellent quality far above what I expected for the price
A basic knowledge of electricity allowed me to fit them myself easily
Really pleased excellent customer service and more importantly the product

We placed an order and waited for a week for it to come but unfortunately it didn't 🙁
I emailed the company and they emailed back right away they said they were sorry and would replace the lights unfortunately they didn't have the exact ones as we ordered which were round and they only had square which we were happy to accept and they arrived 2 days after they sent them.
The lights are small but give off good light and we're easy to fit.
I cannot fault them for there brilliant customer service as they gave prompt responses and offered us a replacement even though the lights were not expensive
I would willingly place an order with them again after this experience .

Loved the lights, great price, quick shipment. Lost a star because of the packaging. Cannot believe they actually arrived undamaged. It was the worst packaging I have ever seen. I would worry if I was buying a really expensive light, would it arrive safely?
