Ordered light fittings in December but electrician has put them up in March, unfortunately upon opening one was broke. I emailed on Saturday 14th March not expecting a reply till the Monday, but they did reply and a new one has been dispatched on 16th. Amazing service.

I can't speak to the quality of their products, because I NEVER GOT MINE. I gave them the correct full address for my P.O. Box in my order and I got a notice six days in for insufficient address. Apparently they just put my town and zip code on it? Brilliant. It even landed at my post office, but was returned because they had no idea where to put it. Now it's been nine days and they won't even email me back. Amateur hour in San Jose. Ugh. I'd recommend shopping anywhere else.

The lamps are absolutely brilliant, I can not believe how good they are for the price. I would recommend without hesitation. Delivery was quick and well packed.

Good value products and great customer service when I had to return and exchange items

Recently purchased an industrial style table lamp. Very happy with the product, good quality at a great price. Item was delivered within a couple of days. Would definitely buy from this company again.

They scammed me for postage! They gave me the runaround about having delivered my order, but I never received it, and proved it to them. They “confirmed” my address more than once and kept sending me notices that my replacement order had been shipped. I got a notice from Evri that they were expecting my order. Meantime I got an insufficient postage notice from Royal Mail. Thinking it was something else, I paid it! LED Sone has charged me more for postage than the item was worth! I have every email and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Btw it has taken 6 weeks!

Wrong item sent. Fair enough — mistakes happen. But then the adventure began.

First, I had to prove they’d sent the wrong item… by sending photos. Apparently, my word alone wasn’t convincing enough, so I played detective and submitted the photographic evidence.

Next, I was kindly offered a discount… to buy the item I never wanted or needed in the first place. Strangely, I declined the generous opportunity to spend more money on something I didn’t want.

Then I was asked if I wanted a refund.
Err… yes. Yes, I do.

After that, I had to confirm again, package the item up, and take it to a parcel shop before a refund could even be considered.

Just to recap: the mistake was on their end, yet I ended up doing the admin, the investigation, the packing, and the delivery.

At this point I’m just wondering when my wage packet arrives for doing their job. 😄

Order didn’t arrive. So I contacted Ledsone . They asked that I wait two more days to allow the first order to be delivered. Still nothing so I contacted the sales team to confirm the package hadn’t arrived. They then confirmed they would send a replacement . Although my address was on the original order they then wasted more time by asking me to confirm the delivery address.

CUstomer service contniues to ignore you and the item has been proven to be unfot for purpose Avoid this company

Ordered 2 light blue dome ceiling shades on a Saturday evening, they were dispatched on the Sunday and delivered Monday morning - amazing service and great shades as well as a good price, what’s not to like, would definitely recommend.

I have been informed regarding the order and delivery was on the time of the shipment.

Very quick delivery and good product. Did the job !

I bought a screwin bulb holder , copper effect in July. Ihave only jsut fitted it and on screwing the first bulb in the threaded reciver stuck to the bulb and came out breaking a £45 , 200mm edsion style bulb
the quality of this item is awful and i dreed to think of the possible fire risk. NO CE certification was evident and im appauled by this copany and their awful quality products .

I emailed twice before leaving the review and twice since you sell unfut fir purpose electrical fittings and provide ignorant and unprofessional custoner service. All emails you ignore. The reciver is so poorly made it fell apart screwing a bulb in , a light bulb made of glass that cannot other be fitted with aggression or the bulb would break so poor quality items and liars in customer service what a company!
