Wrong item sent. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have emailed them to organise a replacement by Friday (as I am away after that). Waiting for an urgent response!!
THEIR RESPONSE BELOW IS INCORRECT. THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM/PRODUCT. NOTHING TO DO WITH A FITTING! They did not sort this before July and so I still have the wrong item they sent!!

Good quality items, significantly cheaper than elsewhere. Arrived very quickly with Royal Mail and are as described. I had no problems, so I can't comment on customer service etc. but from this experience, I'm happy to buy from Ledsone again.

The parcel arrived promptly but inside, the light fittings I ordered which were described as ceramic turned out to have ceramic inner bits (invisible once in use) with a plastic surround. The more accurate description was embedded in the more detailed description so I should have been more careful but I think the headline should not describe them as ceramic. I have no use for these.
