I am now 2 weeks post-op from my rhinoplasty with Dr Fas Arshad and I have no regrets whatsoever. I picked the best rhinoplasty surgeon who is surrounded by brilliant medical professionals at Leeds Private Hospital.

I am absolutely over the moon with my results. Dr Arshad listened to everything I wanted to change and he achieved those changes for me. Keeping in mind it has only been 2 weeks, so there is still swelling, but even with the swelling I can already tell he has done everything I wanted. I didn't just have a little change either, it was a whole reshape, and I couldn't be happier with how it is looking already.

The hospital itself is lovely, very clean, and all of the staff are so welcoming and caring.

Sommiya, the Hospital Director, is just lovely and has the warmest, kindest personality. She really put me at ease and answered every question I had. Even now, she is still there to answer any questions that come up, at any time of day, which has been so reassuring.

The anaesthetist, Dr Hythem Shoeib, was amazing. His voice was the last voice I heard before going under and the first voice I heard when I came back around. He has such a lovely bedside manner and made me feel completely at ease.

My post-op nurse, Dimple, was delightful. She is such a sweet nurse and I'm pretty sure I was being a bit of a pain while the anaesthetic was still hanging on, so she was clearly very patient with me! She looked after me so well and was also the nurse who took my cast off after one week.

Scarlet was one of the nurses with me in theatre and I remember her being so sweet while getting me ready and when I was waking back up. She also took my stitches and splints out after 2 weeks and was so gentle and caring throughout.

From the surgeon to the hospital and the whole team who looked after me, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm only 2 weeks into my recovery, but I am already so happy with my results and so glad I chose Dr Fas Arshad and Leeds Private Hospital.

My daughter needed complex revision rhinoplasty after an earlier NHS septorhinoplasty went wrong a procedure very few surgeons in the UK undertake. After lots of research and speaking to many patients, we chose Dr Fas Arshad.

Every recommendation was 100% true: meticulous surgical planning, wonderful bedside manner, thorough aftercare, and a truly patient-centred team. Two weeks post‑op and the result is fantastic better than we ever hoped for. We are so deeply grateful to Dr Arshad and every single member of staff. Exceptional care from start to finish.

Embarking on a surgical procedure is always rather daunting, when it is on your face even more so.
I should not have worried, at Leeds Private Hospital I had amazing care from start to finish. Patient experience is so important to the whole team.
I had lots of opportunities to speak with the surgeon, the manager, the nurses and anaesthetists beforehand, they could not have been more caring, I did not feel rushed.
The day of the surgery was well thought out with extreme kindness and consideration shown to me.
I stayed in for one night where I had one to one nursing, the surgeon was on hand if required, I had total confidence in the whole organisation.
The aftercare has been fantastic, from having my wounds dressed to having my hair washed, regular checks by the hospital manager and the surgeon.
I can certainly recommend the hospital and all of the staff. If you are thinking of having a procedure of this kind, Leeds Private Hospital is the place to go. People travel from all over the country . I can understand why.

If you are considering cosmetic/plastic surgery then Leeds Private Hospital is where you need to go. I can highly recommend Dr Fas Arshad and all his amazing team. I was there for the fore head reduction, I was feeling very low confident for this but the doctor are understand my issue and the whole process for success and now i feeling very much better and i highly recommend this clinic.

Avoid this place!!

I attended a consultation for a facelift and unfortunately my experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

To begin with, my consultation appointment was double booked and running an hour late. In hindsight, this should have been a warning sign. Despite this, I proceeded and scheduled my surgery for the following week.

Four days prior to surgery, I still had not received any pre-operative information. I had to chase the clinic myself, only to be told there was an emergency appointment and my surgery had been cancelled. I was then offered surgery the very next day — which was completely unrealistic and unreasonable at such short notice. After further back and forth, I was eventually offered a Saturday slot that same week, which I accepted and rearranged work and family commitments to accommodate.

On the Thursday evening before surgery, I received a message saying my original Friday appointment could now go ahead. By that point, my partner and I had already reorganised our schedules, so I declined. I also had to chase up my pre-op information yet again the day before surgery.

At 8pm the evening before my confirmed surgery date, I received an email from someone in finance stating that my procedure would not go ahead because payment had not been made. At no point between my consultation and surgery date had I been asked to make payment or informed of any deadline. This was the first I had heard of it. I contacted the practice manager seeking help, only to be passed off to a nurse to reiterate that the surgery would not proceed.

The level of disorganisation, poor communication, and complete lack of professionalism is shocking — particularly for a surgical practice where patients place significant trust in the team. The constant chasing, last-minute changes, and cancellation the night before surgery caused unnecessary stress and disruption.

I would strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to think very carefully. My experience was chaotic, dismissive, and deeply disappointing

I recently had rhinoplasty with Dr Arshad. I did a lot research into finding the right surgeon, after seeing his work especially on social media then meeting him in person I knew I was making the right choice. I can’t recommend him enough. My results are fantastic!

Don’t even think of getting medical treatment here. They treat you like a bag of money that can be squeezed dry.

I don’t wish to disclose all the details of my experience as they are confidential, but no one deserves to be treated the way I was.

In my experience, they don’t genuinely care about your health, unless you are ultra-rich, you will be dismissed and disrespected.

UPD I’ve contacted them previously and they ignored my emails with complaints. Naturally I’m not mentioning here all the details of my treatment as they are confidential (!!) and utterly sensitive, as any other medical treatment

I booked an online consultation and was told I would be phoned on WhatsApp. 20 minutes after the agreed time I was still waiting. I sent them a message & emailed & eventually got a reply saying they were very busy......could they rearrange for another time. I advised that I was also very busy which is why I had booked an appointment. I was also very annoyed that they obviously knew they had no intention of keeping the appointment but didnt even inform me, just left me hanging on like a lemon waiting on the call. They apologised and tried to rearrange again but I feel if you treat a potential new client like this right at the start what treatment will I get once I have paid money over. I did not feel happy entrusting my surgery to this company after this which is a shame as the surgeon looks great. He just needs to get his admin staff sorted out so that potential clients are not treated in this way. Based on other reviews this appears to be a pretty common occurrence.

I am a very anxious person so I needed more reassurance than the ‘average’ person but that was no bother for Leeds Hospital. I had the open septo-rhinoplasty surgery done 4 weeks ago. From my consultation to my surgery day and after care the whole team at Leeds private hospital have been absolutely amazing. This was my first ever surgery and I was extremely anxious and nervous however, the reassurance the staff provide really does put you at ease. The whole team at Leeds private hospital are very kind, professional and caring. I would highly recommend Leeds private hospital for any cosmetic surgery 😊

I had a consultation this morning with the Practice Manager which was ok but half an hour later, I received a summary of the consultation via email which contained a load of made up and inaccurate information and replies to questions that I hadn’t even been asked, let alone answered, one of which was stating I have no allergies - when I do. This isn’t something a clinic should just guess at. It could be the difference between life and death! Also, it said I had been examined, which clearly I hadn’t as it was by FaceTime and some of the recommendations weren’t even suited to what I require, so was obviously a generic copy and paste. The most ridiculous thing for me was that they got my name wrong! I was very keen to go ahead before the consultation as had seen good things on Instagram but now, I definitely won’t be doing so. If they get the basics wrong - how do I know they won’t make a mistake whilst I am being operated on? I would not recommend based on this.
