Straightforward for lay Trustee
Completion process was straightforward for a lay trustee to obtain LEI numbers for Discretionary Trusts. When one contained errors due to Windows autocomplete, the support team were very responsive and helpful.

Trust Registration
Our Trust Registration required two signatures on our bank account and although we could not go through with email confirmation to the company , as soon as payment was made to the bank account registration and the certificate automatically followed .

Charge more than they say
I tried to get the Basic package, realised that the amount was double upon check-out, then tried 2-3 more times and thought I finally got it right and still got charged GBP 99 instead of 50.
The other reviews are mostly positive, so I am thinking that either there is something wrong in their UI flow that makes this happen, or the other reviews are fake. I saw some other customers had the same problem as me. I sent an email immediately after the order (yesterday). I have used the link they sent to write this review (I think they're using different domain names...)
