Let me tell you everyone, these guys are a bunch of scammers with a couple of careless employees that do not get things done and cannot explain to you why things are not done.

All these positive reviews you see are probably paid for. Do not make the mistake of working with this company. You will not find someone to get your work done and you will not find someone to escalate to if work does not get done.

This company is so budget! We have been trying for months to get some will’s produced. In that time we have had staff members leave, and constant revisions needed because basic spelling mistakes and missing information, despite us highlighting the mistakes time and again. The person handling our case never apologises, and we STILL don’t have finalised wills done, some 4 months after paying for the service. Avoid!

We enlisted LegalInz to help draft Mirror Will for ADJD and were thoroughly impressed with their service. Their response time to each query exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend their services.

A very unprofessional firm. They were supposed to provide POA for real estate. After paying them, they provided a POA this provides no real-estate POA. When trying to contact them they do not answer, emails or telephones.

We had taken a package for Mirror Wills and POAs for me and my wife with Legal Inz. We were assigned to Mr. Altamish Siddiki, who was outstanding in his legal knowledge and procedures. In addition he was very helpful, understanding and patient in dealing with all our concerns and issues. His response time was very fast. Overall we had a very pleasant experience are were fully satisfied with the services of Altamish.

Evan Arano from this company got advance payment from me on 1st feb for Will preparation in 7 working days. Then no1 from the company even showed up for a zoom meeting for a week. No1 attended calls. Emails were always late answers that next meeting will be arranged but never did. Sravani (paralegal ) was v rude and unprofessional and set up a zoom meeting after 1 week of daily requests which she forgot to send the link for...and then remembered about the meeting schedule only after I kept calling her for whole day and said she "forgot" as she had been busy all day. I asked for a refund of my payment after 1 week passed and then only she replied she will escalate to management. Daily emails and calls went unanswered with no replies. At last after a month I emailed I will complain officially then Mr Altamash siddiqi (senior lawyer)replied to my email refusing a refund though no services had been provided by his company after a whole month of waiting. I complained to DED consumer complaints they investigated and found this company is not registered in dubai. Maybe they hav a licence in RAK so I was told to complain in RAK. I found now this company is not registered in RAK either. This is a fraud company collecting money from customers in advance and then ghosting and disappearing. Big fraud. Please all beware of this company staff like Evan Kevin Arano approaching u on Facebook and social media. Don't give them advance payments. U will lose ur money as this is a fraud set up. Edit addition- I would like to add that I got my will made in 3 days from another company Dar Al Haqooq Legal for half the fees charged by Mr Evans from Legal Inz. Legal inz is so dishonest that even knowing this they refused to refund my money and Mr Evans said he was abroad for more than a month. All lies and fraud.

The team was responsive and there was no hassle in proceeding with multiple rounds of exchange to finalise our POA. We were able to do this seating overseas remotely. Thanks to Legal Inz team for their efficient and reliable service offerings. We would definitely recommend this team and look forward to partner them for our future legal requirements.
