Fizza did a good job of guiding me through the DIFC process, which took longer than expected but was ultimately successful.

Courteous and polite to deal with. The job was done, however it took very long. Part of the reason was delay caused by me, and partly because the only channel of communication is email. I once requested a phone call, as I was getting frustrated by the back and forth email- however I did not get one. I am also not sure where the company is based- that doesn't matter if the job can be done efficiently. My feedback would be to have a point of contact via telephone or a physical office

I picked them out of a google search. The process was well explained by them and they were on hand to guide till the end when the signed and attested will is made available. The only issue was that it took a little longer that the timeline they initially indicated. Additional times could have been indicated as there will be turnaround times in responding on both sides.

Very professional service. Considering some holidays in between, I got my will in 4-5 weeks. I got constant updates on the next steps and current progress.

Appointed lawyer Sravani went on leave but company didnt had anything to cover and no feedback. It took few months before they responded.
At the time of writing this review, its been 6months and will is still pending!!!

No involvement from senior management Anuradha, Altamash and no refund either for the poor service.

Compay seems like tight with resources, unprofessional approach and also lack all the details when they execute the work.

Best to avoid them.

Let me tell you everyone, these guys are a bunch of scammers with a couple of careless employees that do not get things done and cannot explain to you why things are not done.

All these positive reviews you see are probably paid for. Do not make the mistake of working with this company. You will not find someone to get your work done and you will not find someone to escalate to if work does not get done.
