This company has a lot of helpful information for caring for the trees. My husband purchased a tree a while ago from this company so I reordered. The trees are lovely and one is in bloom.

They took my order and charged me, only to put it on hold it four weeks later because they had shipping difficulties. After lengthy discussions with their customer service, they finally let me know the hold was because they can't sell me the plants I had ordered.

Perhaps you could let people know before ordering, or right after, instead of making them wait weeks while holding their money.

The Meyer Lemon tree arrived in Illinois as a gift the week before Christmas. It was in perfect shape but seems to already need to be repotted. My only concern is that I raise lemon and calamondrin trees indoors and they always get covered with scale insects by March. Is there any prevention for this problem?

Not communicative. They won’t tell you when they’ll ship. You have to keep on checking in with them.

The avocado tree I bought had been girdled by plastic ties they forgot to remove after repotting. The trunk was severely damaged. Replacement tree is infected with fungus, maybe some type of canker. Both trees came with a mite infestation. It's been a week since I complained about the diseased tree and I seem to be getting the runaround. I thought they stood behind their product at first, but I may have been mistaken.

I gave a 5-star review regardless of waiting for my trees.
The pandemic caused so many issues for many small businesses as people used gardening as a distraction.
I grow vegetables and herbs, not trees which trees take far longer to grow so I realize growers had major obstacles with "panic" buying.
It's a shame that growers are getting bad reviews because people don't understand the hardship growers have had.

We got a loquat tree from here and it arrived quickly and in excellent shape. Great packaging and everything was as it should be, including detailed instructions. We called in with questions and Nancy was incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent product and customer service... Highly recommend!!

Ordered a tree in May, it's July 20th now.

No words or updates unless I go to them. This is insane, don't do business with them.

I purchased my tree last year and now have multiple lemons growing inside while it is snowing outside. Very healthy tree. I intend to buy more.

Tree arrived in great shape. We have had it since June (ish) and it is now March and our tree is full or small fruit and blossoms. We live in zone 6 so the tree is spending the winter in front of a west facing window and it seems very happy.

I ordered my tree in March. I did not receive my order until the end of October (over 7 months). I talked to a customer service representative and they said my order was accidentally put on permanent hold. You guys should update your system so if anything is placed on hold for longer than 2 weeks, you get a reminder to check the status of it. I am just trying to think of solution that would help you eliminate this potential issue in the future. The tree arrived beautifully and looked great once it was actually shipped. Great product and customer service but this was a major glitch that delayed my order 7 months. Not great customer satisfaction.

I'm amazed that the business is willing to quickly and continuously follow up whenever I have questions as I work to save a tree I was killing with my incompetence. Fantastic customer service.

I bought a Cara Cara orange plant from Lemoncitrustree and was very satisfied with the product. The plant arrived in excellent condition and the company was totally on top of the delivery. Looking forward to growing this plant with the help of the online resources available to customers
