I had ordered this for a Father's Day gift a couple of weeks ahead of time. Later on I discovered they only ship once a month which was past the date it needed to be received. If it says somewhere that this was the case when you place the order, I sure didn't see it. They need to be more up front with the ordering and shipping aspect. I ended up canceling and having to do a last minute gift which again did not show up on time.

The tree came intact, large in size, and completely healthy. Very excited about my new lemon tree!

I was expecting a small lemon tree like on the picture with a pot. It was for a gift. The person received a branch of lemon tree. It is healthy but not what I was expecting.

I was very disappointed with the mandarin orange tree. From their sales pitch about expert citrus growers, I expected them to be pruned properly. Not only were they not pruned properly as they grew, they just lopped off the whole top of the tree to get it to fit into the box. I have ordered a few different citrus trees on line and they are never pruned properly. You are better off getting them locally through one of the nurseries in your area. I would post a picture if I could, but I don't have that option. I will probably end up air layering the tree and end up with two nice trees.

I got it for my friend and they loved it. It looked in a good shape and healthy. I gave it a four stars just because the shipment took more a month in order to receive the package.

Arrived today in great condition. Packaging was very good though it was little expensive but got it in good shape. Would buy from them other products.

The tree came exactly as promised, on-time and boxed well, I followed the directions and transplanted it into a large insulated metal planter that drains well, so far so good, I believe it has adjusted to it's new home, I hope to see it grow and provide the olives as well.

I bought a dwarf Meyer Lemon, as well as a dwarf fig tree. The Meyer lemon is looking very healthy, but the fig tree had brown spots on the leaves. I contacted customer support, and got an immediate response, with a solution for the (fungus) problem. I followed the advice, and all of the new growth is coming in free of mold. Very happy with both the trees, as well as customer support!

Not worth it. I would have been way better off buying from the nursery up the street.

The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions about our tree. The instructions were very detailed and our tree shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition!

I ordered two trees from them. One was severely damaged in shipping. I called their customer support line and they walked me through the process of getting a replacement. Everything went smoothly and I received the new tree roughly a week later.

A true test of a company is how they act when something goes poorly. Something went poorly for me and they were there to help me out. I would use them again.

The tree I order it was 2-3 year old fig tree but they gave like only 2 month old tree. Next I have that tree is too weak ,no heathy and very sick. All of my friends I just want to know this company is giving fake product to customer. Take care

Good morning. I ordered 2 Meiwi Kumquat trees (3-4 year) from this company. I will start by saying that the website is very nice, easily navigated and the check out process was easy. I was notified via email that the order was received and had a follow up email or two. Things were going well. The problem was that the trees didn't arrive. I called the company after 10 days to get an update on the order. There was no answer so I left a message. I got an email back the following day stating the trees were out of stock and a refund was issued immediately. I was disappointed but things happen.
I checked the website some two to three weeks later to find that the trees were back in stock, according to the site. I called on the phone this time to check availability and was initially told that they were in stock. I placed the order again but asked the attendant to verify the stock prior to completion of the order. It was determined that they were not in stock. This was frustrating.
I would consider ordering from this company again, despite the shipping costs which I believe to be high, but I would call to verify stock before placing the order and ask that they confirm their own verification. This set of transactions and the accuracy of the website could have been better. I will say that the customer service I experienced over the phone was very good.

My lemon tree arrived in great condition, very healthy and packed with care. I really appreciated all the care instructions that the company sent after my purchase. I've had it for a couple months now, and it's very happy in its new home!
