Long process and lots of back and forth
The process to refinance loans was long and confusing. It took us a while of back and forth to finally begin financing loans.

LENDKEY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!
LENDKEY IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Run while you can do NOT ever move your student loans to them or take anything out with them. No one ever knows what is going on, it has been an ultimate NIGHTMARE working with them. Consolidated my student loans with them and they never got a final payout from the other borrower and just sent a check for way more than what was owed. Its been 4 months now and still waiting on a refund check on the difference from them. We've called MULTIPLE times and literally every time you call someone says something different including the supervisors. I would never EVER EVER take a loan with lendkey ever again and advise EVERYONE to steer away.

Stay away from Lendkey. They are dishonest and just take your money and trap you in the loan forever. They take advantage of young student. The Bible says the love of money is the root of all evil and this company is the definition of this. It's terrible.

Really Pleased with My Years with LendKey
I’ve been with LendKey for quite a while now (cumulatively). I’ve refinanced my private student loan several times over the past five years and LendKey was a serviced I selected twice, to include the present. I have enjoyed phone calls with them to solve an issue because there really seems to be a genuine attitude of “how can I help.” I have also enjoyed very competitive interest rates and a discounted rate for ACH payments, which makes it a no-brainer. LendKey has been a fantastic bridge between my loan needs and a credit union that can meet them. The only critique I have to offer is that I wish there was a mobile app!
