Bait and switch student loan offers
Bait and switch student loan offers. They show a low fixed rate of 4.39 % and my credit was pulled at 809 credit score. Maybe besides my score it’s not perfect (maybe) and I received a slightly higher rate I’d be understanding but I received a 9% interest rate. I asked the supervisor why would I receive such a rate and if there was anything we could check with underwriting to help or explain the situation. The only explanation was it’s proprietary information. Everything about this situation feels like a bait and switch scenario. Lendkey has not intention or giving customers the lowest rates and it’s all a scam. I’d be extremely cautious about going with this company.

Using lendkey is the only way to pay off student loan debt. The interest rate is low and it was so easy to refinance and set up auto pay. All of a sudden, my loan was paid off.

Lendkey is simple, streamlined, and transparent
I refinanced $100k in student loans with them a few years ago, now 80% paid off and I have had a very good experience overall. The website is straightforward, easy to use, and doesn’t try to sell you anything extra. A much better experience than my original lender.

Great rates, great service
Lendkey offered a lower rate through a co-sign option, with the ability to release co-signer after 12 months of on-time payments. The co-signer wasn’t an option with my previous servicer. They also gave me 0.25% off for autopay. Every time I’ve interacted with them they’ve given exceptional service. Thank you!
