Great Decision
I refinanced my student loans with LendKey and I could not be happier. I was able to get a fixed lower interest rate, consolidate my private and federal student loans, and did it all from my phone. The best part is I was able to knock 5 years off my previous payment plan with the help of LendKey

I have never had a loan where when I make payments, my balance is more than what I borrowed. I have never been late on any payments and started my payments on time.....this is the worst place to get money. Please go somewhere else!!!

I've refinanced twice with Lendkey
I've refinanced twice with Lendkey, and been using them for over 7 years. I've rarely needed customer service but every time I have you dial the number and start chatting with a person who can help you. No menu dial, although I think they only recently changed that but its only a short menu, then a human. The staff has always been very helpful, kind and knowledgable.
Simple application process and someone will always answer any questions. I recommend to everyone I know who needs a good lender. Each time I've refinanced I have had very different needs and I have always had a range of options available to suit my needs.

Application process is timely and checking the status is easy. I have refinanced with Lendkey a few times following my original consolidation and am so happy to have been able to get a MUCH lower interest rate than with my original loan company 😊
