I ordered the red light gum healing device,
Two weeks later the wrong device arrived.
Then after the initial payment of around £70.00 they then took another 2 payments after a week later of £60.00. When I emailed them,their explanation was it was VIP membership subscription. There was no mention of this when I bought the product. TOTAL SCAM .please do not deal with this company if you value your bank account . THEY ARE JUST CRIMINALS.

They list a return policy on their purchase page. Do not believe this. They do not accept returns and instead offer you a very small $ amount ( less than 20%) and have you keep the product. They also charged me for a subscription fee $38 which I never signed up for but they said I did. Refused to refund that but it was cancelled after 1 payment. This company is not trustworthy and I would not suggest buying from them.

Yes another rip off company ordered red light gum repair kit it arrived wrong item teeth whitening kit not what I ordered 70£ worth of tat so contacted them wrong item sent they said it’s the same so I asked them for a returns label I do not want it took a while trying to offer me various vouchers etc eventually they gave me the returns address but not the one on the parcel in the uk it was in Shanghai so I bit the bullet and paid £25 to return it with tracked Royal Mail return I informed them I had returned it but took ages for them to understand what I had done because I used PayPal I put it in there hands to sort out and I then escalated the dispute after a long drawn out issue i received a payment back into my account not quite what I paid but never trust Lenvoshop shocking Chinese company ripping people off big time needs to be shut down immediately well done Paypal

This company is a SCAM. They charge my credit card 3 times over a 2 week period, never shipped the product and when contacted, said they refunded the purchase but never did. They are scam artists. BEWARE.

BEWARE - SCAM & FRAUD.

As others have rightly said, this is entirely a scam. The item ordered was sent and was very poor. However, there were 2 further payments taken for a “subscription” which was absolutely not signed up for.

This company make unauthorised transactions once they have your card details. They did it twice to me
Then trying to return items sent is a nightmare. They offer £3 refund instead of sending any items back making you believe they are doing you a favour and thinking of the cost to send an item back to Shanghai!
All I will say if it’s a high price item, refuse their initial offer and they will up the price . In my case the several offers increased from £3 to $60 refund on a £70 item they sent unauthorised on my credit card

SCAMMERS!!! PLEASE AVOID THEM.
I ordered one Toothcare Gum Light on 2nd September and they charged me for two. Also the product I received was a Tooth Whitening device instead of a gum light. I sent them an email to ask for replacement and they sent a long email to explain that the product they sent works on the gums and whitens the teeth at the same time. I knew that was a lie and trashed the product. Too dangerous to use. I didn't trust them.
I suspected they were scammers straight away.
We have exchanged few emails and they always came out strong defending their antics.
I decided not to waste my precious time on them anymore. However, I noticed they had started taking more money out of my account, although I had made no further purchase from them. When I sent them an email asking for my money back, they said that I joined their VIP membership program when I placed my initial order. Another big lie. I have since cancelled my card.
These people are just CRIMINALS AND SCAMMERS. PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!
Don't be a victim please. I wish I had read some of these reviews before getting involved with these scammers.

The product I ordered (Toothcare Red Light Gum Device) was not what I received (Rechargeable Teeth Whitening Kit). When I emailed the retailer, requesting that the box be returned for either the correct product or a refund, they responded that it was the same product and that the "product details page" inside the factory-sealed package provides "more comprehensive usage information" on additional uses of the product. I emailed again, providing evidence that the two products were different and reiterating my request, mentioning that I had not opened the package so it would not be disqualified for return. Instead of authorizing the return, they said I could keep the teeth whitening kit (which I don't want) in exchange for a $10 refund and a $40 voucher for a future purchase. I can find no website for this company advertising other products; and if I did, I wouldn't trust them! We will be on the lookout for credit card fraud.

The previous review was 100% correct. This company is a fraud.

FRAUD ALERT!
Not only did I receive a product different from the device i had ordered, but Lenvoshop took a further unauthorised, unrelated payment from my bank account. So not only could I not return the item I had paid for (unopened and unused), but had additional money stolen. This, Lenvoshop claimed, was a "VIP membership subscription " that was apparently applied to every purchase! It hardly needs saying that there had been no such information given at any stage.
It's worth noting that the name Lenvoshop appeared nowhere in the highly sophisticated online advertisement to which I had responded, so one may be totally unaware that one is dealing with a well-known fraudulent retailer.
Whatever you do, do NOT answer an ad for a red-light gum treatment device : you'll unwittingly place yourself in the hands of criminals. In fact, it's probably best not to respond to any online ads at all.

I ordered Toothcare Red Light Therapy from this company and paid using my credit card. I suspected it was a scam so I told Lenvoshop.com to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I communicated four times already that I am cancelling my order and each time asking for a refund. Each time, their reply was asking me to confirm I do not want the parcel anymore. That same reply every time (four times!!), no mention of refund at all!!
Do not deal with this company ever! Their business is scam!!!

If I could have left a review with no stars that would have been more honest. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY do so at your own cost and peril.
Ordered x1 item charge extra for postage and packaging. No emails about expected to confirm order. No email re delivery time frame. No email to confirm delivery made. Item delivered unsafe place and stolen. Company stated we had not selected a post locker but had a locked post box on wall of our house. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORTHLESS PROMISES. BADLY RUN.
