horrible customer service very bad do not buy

Same issue as everyone else. Installed a new Wi-Fi card in my laptop (had Sound Booster installed). Product license deactivated. I contacted support; no response. I reported this to fastspring.com -- which is the site Letasoft uses to host their software commerce platform. I suggested Fastpsring remove their account for scamming/zero support. Hopefully Letasoft gets kicked off fastspring for this garbage. Learn how to run a business, you muttonheads!

Same as other user. The support team is non existent. License got deactivated due to some hardware changes and they did not respond to my activation request.

Same problem as other people. I had to reset my computer and now it says that the key product is already in use on another computer. The support does not respond.

I purchased this product which worked fine. Upgraded my memory and it ceased to work. Says that the product key is already in use. Emailed them a number of times with NIL response or acknowledgement. $20 up the drain. Connot recommend this product.

Uninstalled trial with IObit Uninstaller. Lost Windows 7 sound. Letasoft gave me temp key, said to install, then uninstall with Win 7. Restarted. Got sound only for a while, then lost again. Multiple restarts, sometimes sound, then lost again. Bought program, installed, no sound, ran their diagnostics, sent file to Letasoft support. No reply. HP computer still with no sound.

Yes, the product works. But customer support is NON-EXISTANT. They simply do not answer any repeated requests. I understand that you can only use the product on one computer, and when we purchased a new computer recently, I uninstalled it first off my old computer. I cannot install it on my new computer, as I apparently need a new product key. Tried writing OVER AND OVER to no avail. There's no one home there. Really don't get it, and VERY disappointed as I use the computer exclusively for work and need to listen to audio constantly.

Initially I confirmed the earlier reviews: I paid but the activation code didn't work and Support didn't answer.

This seems a shame since they have a good app which could earn them a useful income if properly supported.

I have now received an email from Support — '... we sincerely apologize for the delay in replying and for the problem you had with software activation. Our activation server wasn't working correctly over the last few weeks. The problem has been identified and fixed now.'

And indeed so it proved. I downloaded another copy which installed ready licensed to me and seems to work fine.

Mind you, I only got the reply from Support after I'd forwarded my Trustpilot review to Letasoft ...never mind, it works fine.

Letasoft is a good product: I accepted the free trial and paid for the software. However, there is no way to activate the full product. When the free trial expired 3 days ago and the site finally prompted me to enter my activation key, it it was refused. I emailed support at once asking for either immediate activation or a refund and have had no reply, so I now have no software and have paid in full. I have just emailed support again, but at this point I would say, bad company, possibly an intentional scam: AVOID.

I purchased the Letasoft sound booster on the 2rd Feb 2022 and i am still on the trial version even after putting my code that was sent to me in.
After various emails to the 'support centre', and thier sales department, i have received nothing back from them, not even a confirmation email.
Very, very poor after sales service. Beware of using them.

omg. the headphones are set at a set volume. this program makes them good not just meh!
