Poor customer Service.
After their product was recalled for salmonella I filled out all the paperwork and asked for a refund. It has been almost 2 MONTHS and I have yet to receive anything. I have reached out multiple times and every time I have received the same blanket response. It is very disappointing!

The taste and mouthfeel are better than I expected and I think that the salt and sweetness levels are perfect (meaning not too much of either one)!

Live It Up somehow has only 5 Star reviews on their site and does not allow bad reviews.....Still not provided a phone number to be able to actually speak to a PERSON and not a BOT.....all responses are AI generated and never address the Scam that they are doing to people...BTW...Glad I never used their dangerous product and suffered the Salmonella poisoning from their so-called healthy green powder...Just an important bit of advice: Never do business with a company that does not allow actual phone contact....They deserve negative stars!!!!

Some days it has a good effect and some days not. I didn’t know you would be sending me more. I received today and I don’t want it. Please let me know how I return it.

Fantastic flavor at a good price and quick shipping

I had 2 orders for Live it Up Super Greens. Both bags were recalled for Salmonella. I filled out and sent all the required pictures of my bags and still have not received a refund.

The taste is great and there’s no weird aftertaste. I’m really sensitive to the taste of sugar alternatives and this still is great!

Similar to others, I submitted for a refund within days after getting a recall email. I've reached out to them several times but get the same "due to high volume of emails and inquires.... blah, blah" Thought this was just going to me an easy process and I'd continue using the product. Now I've cancelled my subscription and went elsewhere.

Just enough while not being overpowering

I submitted all the required info for the refund in the first day of the recall notification. It has now been over 4 weeks with no response other than blanket emails excusing why they haven't responded. In one month, they should have processed day one requests and beyond.

Company autoenrolled me in a subscription and charged me when I just did a single order to try their product. I reached out to cancel when they sent me an order confirmation. And hour after the confirmation email they shipped, they ignored my cancellation emailfor 3 days, and then said since I didnt cancel 24 hours prior to shipment. Predatory.

LIVEITUP SUPER GREENS CAUSES SALMONELLA AND EVEN THOUGH THEIR WAS A RECALL AND I HAVE PROVIDED ALL LOT NUMBERS AND Expiration dates the company is not professional whatsoever. At first it was great! Now it seems to upset my stomach. Less than other brands. I was hoping to find one that didn't bother me at all.
The flavor is really good and I enjoy my daily drink.
I'm mixing 1 scope with about 20 ou of water.

They sold me a 2 month supply of salmonella infested live it up super greens and refuse to refund me my money even after submitting the recall forms. If I were to consume it when I received it prior to the recall notification I probably would have gotten extremely sick. Their customer service is atrocious and I will likely have to do a cc chargeback as they refuse to refund me

These guys are the WORST! I was a subscriber with multiple purchases. All my products were recalled (after I’d already gotten sick) for salmonella. I’ve jumped through multiple hoops for several weeks and still can’t even get an ESTIMATE for how long my refund might take. I truly hope this puts them out of business.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...my LiveItUp subscription was one of the ones hit by their nationwide Salmonella recall. I immediately stopped the product, and they sent me an email on 1/15/2026 where I could get a refund or a replacement bag. I submitted a picture of my lot number (they required) on my bag along with expiration date, and was told I would get a refund. Well, that was 24 days ago! They STILL will not issue my refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and see I am not alone. LiveItUP has also deceptively removed the ability to leave a review on their website, however they leave up ALL of these AMAZING and GLOWING reviews of a product that has since been recalled due to salmonella poisoning.
UPDATE: as of this morning, 2/10/2026, LiveItUp has fully refunded my faulty product and honored my subscription cancellation.
I do understand that they most likely received a massive amount of inquiries, however in the future i would encourage them to dedicate more resources to communicating with clients and processing refunds sooner. Thank you

We purchased four bags of Live It Up Supergreens. After using one bag, they were all recalled for possible salmonella poisoning. The product tasted fine, but the poor customer service has me giving a one-star review. They do not respond to emails, and it's been several weeks since we did all the paperwork for the recall. I've tried to contact them through their contact page, but I get no response. I believe good customer service is more important than the products themselves. If you can't contact anyone, and they don't care enough to respond, then I prefer to take my business elsewhere.

Update a week later: After this poor review I left for Letsliveitup, I received an email from them. They apologized for my frustration and their lack of response. They had been overwhelmed by the recall response, which I understand. But it took a poor review to get their attention. They did refund our money, so I appreciate that. And I feel bad that their reputation is taking a hit due to the Salmonella recall issue. However, this proves that it takes the squeaky wheel to get attention.

I tried the vital minerals recently and really like it. Tastes better than liquid iv and no sugars or additives. I hated how when I was dehydrated, every product I tried on the market also came with a bunch of BS - sugar, artificial sweetener...all crap I don't want in my body!

The lemon lime flavor hydration packets are fire! If you are thinking about getting them, one thing to say… “do it lady!” -Chet

I started using Live It Up’s hydration packets a few months ago and have been loving them! I am a runner and drink electrolytes almost daily to supplement my hydration both during and outside of training and these have been great. I’ve tried a ton of electrolytes over the last few years and am loving the taste and natural ingredients! I’m usually a citrus fan but both flavors have been a hit.
