My mum was selling her property and purchasing with a 4 part chain (we were part 3). We had a solicitor dealing with both as we neared exchanging who totally less us down, radio silence and broke communication with solicitors on either side.

In need of a speedy solution we contacted Lewis Mitchell Solicitors and spoke with Asaf Niaz who confirmed he could get this situation resolved within a reasonable time frame. That’s exactly what he did. Not only did he make this extremely stressful situation a lot easier to cope with but also dealt with a deceitful solicitor on one side and an ego driven solicitor on the other side. He provided good communication throughout and was available any day and anytime, be it email or phone/whatsapp. The service was flawless and worth every penny. As far as reviews go, everyone will always form an opinion however I would happily recommend and absolutely use Lewis Mitchell Solicitors and specifically Asaf Niaz again. He was totally honest and transparent throughout which is exactly what you want and need when buying/selling a property!

Had a very unfortunate experience with these solicitors. I had a call to request a quote for conveyancing and was met with abrupt responses and simply just felt unwelcomed. I didn't get the people's names but I made it clear I was feeling disrespected. Customer service was not the best and there was no care in try to explain and support me as a first time buyer. I will not be recommending these solicitors for conveyancing services.

Asaf Niaz was my final hope after 4 solicitors were unable to complete my conveyancing. Buying a UK property from abroad (central Europe) was plagued with conveyancing problems which almost ruined my chances. Asaf at Lewis Mitchell was the only one to get the sale over the line. Fast and competent communication as lightning speed. If you are being let down constantly with conveyancing, Lewis Mitchell are definitely worth a try for a speedy service

Fast track service used after hearing horror stories and others waiting up to 6 months for exchange using the other usual routes for conveyancing. Managed to negotiate the house price down to cover the extra solicitors costs with the promise of a quick exchange thus saving the seller on monthly bills and time wasted on the market. Asaf, Michelle and the team delivered everything promised and more and took a real approach to protecting me the buyer and completing at rapid speed. If your considering using this solicitors I can highly recommend that you do.

I saw a repossessed property where I live in Hastings and I am so glad I found this company. Michelle and Asaf could not have done any more to help us with this very complex purchase (which unfortunately fell through because of the seller’s lack of due diligence), but shortly after we found a much more suitable auction property which we really set our hearts on. I contacted Lewis Mitchell again and they managed, to do what seemed like the impossible, and got the property exchanged in an incredibly fast time, they went through all the paperwork that was part of the auction details, they were available to speak to at all hours of the day and night and even at the weekend which is unheard of

I did not think that such a service existed in this country and the fact that they are based up North made no difference to dealing with us here on the South Coast

These solicitors are top of their game and made two very difficult cases seem easy as their professionalism, personal touch, knowledge and ease of communicating with being an absolute pleasure and I personally will never use anyone else as they are truly the best there is and we’ve bought and sold more properties than most so do not hesitate to contact Lewis Mitchell if you need a super fast track turnaround or for any conveyancing matters

After buying a lease hold property at auction, going in blind and having to complete in 14 days was told by numerous conveyancers there was no chance and couldn’t find anyone to take it on, 7 days had passed and was getting more and more worried, found Lewis Mitchell solicitors on line and what a job they did, put my mind at ease straight away.
