Jamie the surveyor arrived exactly as arranged and gave us a very reasonable quote, discussing in detail the whole process. His engineer Branden came to fit the Vaillant boiler and Hive system to our total satisfaction. A professional and affable company to deal with. We are also going to use them for the annual servce.

The staff are very friendly and very competent. They were able to finish an excellent job in one day, without any mess. We now have an excellent central heating system that we could afford.

The quotation visit took us through all the steps and what was included. Once agreed, we had an installation within two days (helpful as our boiler was failing fast).
The guys turned up as planned, were clean, tidy, helpful and friendly. The work was completed within the day.

Excellent service from Lewken Plumbing and Heating, new boiler installation and associated works carried out from start to finish in a very efficient manner. My daughter had a boiler breakdown, I called Jamie @ Lewken and he came around within hours, condemned the old boiler and fitted a top range new boiler the next day. His guy's came around and fitted the new Combi unit with efficiency and tidyness.The service Lewken offer is second to none. A local company that is unbelievable in service and value. I fully understand why they got so many 5 star reviews and I must leave one too.

Where shall I start? They called me for a quote for a boiler upgrade from conventional to a combi. The quote was exactly 45% cheaper than British Gas and about 20% cheaper than all the others.

Jamie told me that Ben will arrive at 8 am for the work on the scheduled day and he was there right on time.

The work was completed in a professional manner and Ben explained the work on each stages.

Ben removed all the old tanks, pipes, left everything in a very neat condition.

At the end of the work, Ben went through all the controls, paperworks and where to call in case of any issues.

In top of the normal work, Ben has also investigated and fixed a slow leak which which was slowly damaging the kitchen ceiling over few years and there were no additional charge for it.

From start to finish, I can’t fault anything and Ben was amazing. A 5 star review is not enough for them… it should be 5+ A*.

A huge thank you to Jamie, Lindsey and Alex. Booked the boiler in for a new one, it must have heard me, and two days before the exchange it packed up. With someone in the house with heath needs, it was very important that we were without a boiler. Jamie and Lindsey, did an amazing job of sorting us out with next day installation. Absolute Super Hero's. I am most thankful to them, and the wonderful Alex who was most patient with the installation. He had a tough job to do, and did it with great customer service. Would fully recommend them 💯%

A professional and trustworthy company. All was clearly explained and all costs broken down and clear before the boiler was installed. The engineer was reliable, punctual, polite, generally good company and I was happy to leave home in the house on his own. He worked efficiently and had all installed in a day, coming back to flush and test next day. Before he left he showed me how work the boiler and download the hive app to program the boiler. He left me with his number in case I needed anything. I can definitely recommend this service!
