This is about the fifth time we have used Lex Blinds and every time we have received an excellent service from start of picking Blinds, been kept advised by Sandra in office to the insulation of the blinds.
This latest insulation was no exception and we are very happy with the shutter blinds and the fitters whom completed this insulation without any problems, so I would not have any hesitation in recommending this company

Lex Blinds fitted all our blinds in our new home including shutters. Very professional service from choosing the blinds through to fitting. All the blinds look amazing. Definitely recommend this company.

I got dual blind fitted
so black out blind with mosquito net and they fitted it well and it looks great too.

We recently had external electric security blinds installed by LEX Blinds, and the service was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation efficiently. The blinds look strong, operate smoothly and provide both security and shade. Overall, a very reliable service and a product we are extremely happy with.

I mainly ordered blinds for the back of my house, along with curtains for one room. I was given an initial quote, but they kindly offered a better price to help fit my budget, which I really appreciated.

The customer service was great from start to finish. Sandra was very quick to reply to my emails and was always helpful and friendly.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the bedroom curtains took a little longer to arrive than initially advised and there was a small issue with the colour of the blinds. However, this was sorted out within a couple of weeks and I’m happy with the final result.

Marek, who fitted the blinds, was very pleasant and easy to have around the house, which always makes a difference when you’re having work done at home.

Very awkward shaped triangle window with 'flat' top. Offered only shutters by other companies, or told that blinds would not work at all. Samantha was very efficient in arranging a measurement survey and the surveryor was very knowledgeable and able to describe the system very clearly to us. Most importantly offering us an option which other companies could not do. Fitting duo were very friendly, efficient, helpful, neat and tidy. The blinds are fabulous, battery operated with a remote, all of which has been clearly explained. Highly recommend as the provider of a solution others shied away from!

From start to finish easy communications and good advice. Very pleased with the end product. The fitter done a first rate job. 5 shutters fitted and working as should be. Fitted with no disruption and cleared away the rubbish. Well happy.

I have just has some shutters installed in my house by Lex Blinds. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and they came when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do!
The shutters look lovely and work well. Obviously I can't yet vouch for the shutters as they have only just been installed but if all goes well then I can imagine other members of my family will be asking for shutters on their bedrooms and if so, I will certainly go back to Lex blinds to get this done!

I came across Lex Blinds on my social media feed as I was looking for insect blinds for a top floor bedroom and my garden patio door. After some basic research I saw that the feedback from customers was positive so booked for them to give me a quote. The surveyor who came out to me was knowledgeable and helpful. I proceeded to place an order and the goods were delivered for installation on time. Through no fault of theirs, the factory delivered the wrong blind so unfortunately this set us back by 4 /5 weeks. For the inconvenience caused to us Lex kindly refunded us a significant amount of money. The product was fitted later than we would have liked, but it was fitted by two very professional technicians who were polite, friendly and clearly very experienced. All the admin staff were also friendly and polite, and demonstrated a genuine desire to help. The finished product is of a high quality and standard and comes with a warranty.

We purchased an external roller shutter from Lex Blinds. The whole process was very smooth and everyone from the company we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The two engineers that came around to fit the shutter were simply super - quick, efficient and very tidy!

I had an issue with an external roller blind that no other company were willing to attempt. Lex were happy to take the issue on and sent a team of engineers. They were efficient and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company , they were very competitive also.
