I had issues from start to finish with the ordering of my bag and non of it was Lovers fault, for some reason it was like I have never shopped online before spoiler alert I have lol
1*I was trying to pre order the NBC Undead Duck bag but it was only showing at full price to purchase.
I jumped on the ole FB messenger and I got lovely person who sent through a link was able to pre order

2* Didn’t think I had received an about above release date so popped back on to FB they checked my bag was still being held for me and what I should look out for.

3* purchased the bag but it wouldn’t allow me to add my discount code jumped back on FB asked if this is something they can sort and they have.

I am unsure if I have been communicating with the same person each time or someone different but 10/10 for the support that the assistant/s provide. I will be purchasing from them again as they made the experience easy.

Very quickly posted out to Me.

I got the lovely pete’s dragon for my mystery box , was it value for the 64,99 unsure truthfully as there only 79.99 to buy and would I have bought this for my collection possibly no , unsure whether I’d get a mystery box again, because I’d rather use of £64 towards a bag I actually would want
