Purchased my second pair of shoes/sandals from Liberty. The quality is great. Both pair are comfortable and very cute. Price is right and delivery time was fast. Would definitely order again

Do not fall for the positive reviews. These shoes are overpriced with low quality materials. The foam sole is hard as a rock, so very uncomfortable for walking. And they smell like petroleum products, not leather.

You have to pay to return them, shipped to wherever they want you to ship the shoes to. Very frustrating to receive shoes that are so low quality at such a high price.

They definitely delete any and all negative reviews and comments from their website and socials.

I ordered a pair back in March. The sandals smelled bad. Like chemicals and strong glue odor. The quality is subpar. The sole is made of foam. Not worth the money, it's something I could buy at Giant Tiger (Canada) for $20. I ended up paying over $20 to ship them bac and to this day (June) I haven't received my refund.

I was disappointed in the quality of the sandals. I bought them for a European holiday and they look absolutely terrible after 4-5 wears.

The leather is very thin and after the first wear there were scratches.

After a couple of weeks wear they are too embarrassing to wear. I left them behind in a hotel as they weren’t worth bringing home.

For the price, there are certainly better quality options out there.

These sandals are not leather. They have a weird texture and smell of chemicals not leather. I have repeatedly tried to fill out return and refund form only to have it not accept my email and order number. I have emailed them multiple times only to be referred back to the defective online form. No resolution despite their claim of 30 day return window. Lesson learned to thoroughly check out these companies advertising on Instagram and not be sucked in.

Update: I did finally get help with my return and was refunded. However, it cost $20 to ship them back.

Cheap quality and misleading advertising. No branding on the shoes, I'm sure these are not leather. They smell of chemical and feel plastic. Came in no box or receipt from seller. The sole is cheap rubber and won't last long. Terribly disappointed. To add 2/7/25. I filed a Credit Card Charge Back with my bank and received a full refund.

Should have read the site more clearly. No refunds. Came from Indonesia. And honestly didn't realize it was US dollars. No refunds in this day and age is actually shocking

Shoes didn't come in a box,
As soon as I open the packing bag, the smell of chemicals was overwhelming.

Customer service was quick to respond to advice no refund. Waste of 200$ CAD yes. The prices are in USD. Would not recommend

Love Love My Bag Absolutely Gorgeous

Scam. I placed an order on March 28th and received a tracking number, but the item was never actually shipped — only a shipping label was created. It’s now well past the expected delivery window, and the package hasn’t moved at all. I reached out to their support via email, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Very disappointing experience overall. I had to request a refund since the order was never fulfilled.

I bought the everyday leather tote - cognac brown. I have had the bag for a few weeks, and it is already so scratched. I have worked to buff them out, but I had little luck. I was hoping with more use, the bag would patina. That will not be the case. The color of this bag also looks fake, too bright compared to the picture. But I thought it might wear down to a more natural color over time. I realize it won’t. I am wondering if this is bonded, as the outer doesn’t feel right. The straps are good, just not the bag.

Great product, good quality

I ordered a pair of sandals from them, and when they arrived, they were very poor quality and one of the small straps by the buckle was broken already. On top of this, they make you pay to ship your item back if you want to return it and don't provide a prepaid barcode, which I have never experienced before with any reputable company. I really regret buying from them.

I am struggling for words to describe how poor my experience was with this product.
My purse arrived smelling like horrible chemicals, and when I tried to wear it the following day it transferred color onto my clothing, and I broke out in a rash where it touched my skin. Very frightening.
Additionally I am not sure if it is even real leather? It is paper thin, flimsy, and is strangely and unevenly colored as if it has been spray painted? Like a fake leather jacket I purchased at Mariposa in the 80’s. I am beyond disappointed and wondering if Liberte is a legitimate or trustworthy company? I feel I may have been scammed as there is no possible way this purse is worth even a fraction of the $160+ Canadian I paid for it. I think people should be aware of what they will receive when purchasing.

Perfect Strap Length, Pockets, Everything!

I love the magnet closure, enough interior zip compartments for me and the 2 generous outside pockets I love for my 24oz water bottle and the other side for sunglasses case.

Update: my refund for the returned goods and postage costs have been received.

Beware! American dollars are not transparent on the website. I regret buying these poor quality shoes. The sandal straps are too short - not enough leather to fasten around my ankle.The length of and width of the shoe was standard. Exchanging sizes would not have fixed the problem! I have “reached out” to the company. Photos were sent. They requested I return the shoes to California for a refund. I had to pay over $40. They obviously bank on customers not doing this. Still waiting for that refund! Scam.

Très décue des sandales reçues. Ce n'était pas indiqué que c'était en US, j'ai dû payer des frais de douane qui n'avaient pas indiqués au départ. Ce sont des sandales dont le cuir est collé! et non cousu. Très raides, pas confortables. Pas d'indication pour les retours.

I regret buying these poor quality shoes, that do not fit properly.
Uncomfortable. Have never had blisters from sandles until these.
Sizing chart is inaccurate, I measured my foot according to chart and were too small and my heel hung over the soul, bext size up are too big.
Cost $41 to send back to California
American dollars are not transparent when buying.
Very slow shipping.
And freight company left shoe package on top of letterbox so lucky they weren't stolen ( that's not Liberté fault but still part of a poor experience)

Just received my black slides after waiting over 4 weeks. The quality is terrible. There is NO leather in the shoe despite the website stating that they are leather. They are hot to wear and squeak when you walk. The buckles are glued so have no idea how long they will hold for. Very disappointed.

Extremely dissapointed- the sandles are of poor quality and absolutely stink of chemical. I’m very skeptical that they are genuine leather, and the soles are made of cheap material.
Didn’t even arrive in a box and they were for a gift.
Don’t waste your money!!

Edit to add - I was offered a full refund as compensation for this issue. The team were professional to deal with to resolve this matter.

The price seems too high for the quality of sandals. The soles are cheap form and doesn’t bend when you are walking and they are making squeaky noise when you walk. After I got them I realized that reviews are fake and I wish I never bought them
