Ordered handbag on Jan 3, 2025 and have yet to receive item. I was sent tracking number for shipment (DHL) tracking number shows no movement. Contacted Liberte on Jan 11 via email, was informed the handbag was just completed and would be shipped out. DHL has yet to receive package to ship out and Liberte customer service has not responded to emails since Jan 11. It is now Jan 22, still have not received item and no response from Liberte. Buyer beware.

Further to my review on 9th Dec and in response to Liberte response here, they did contact me after this review to offer a full refund without returning the shoes. They also however then asked that I adjust my review so it be more favourable and reflective of this. I was then sent several emails requesting this change which i ignored. The quality of the shoes was appalling and my attempts to get this addressed prior to this review have not been changed by a refund. To have been contacted only after this review followed by a request to then amend it is unprofessional, questionable and coercive.

Love my liberte sandals. So comfy and stylish. I can wear them everyday everywhere.quality workmanship and materials.

Watched some sandals for a while awaiting possible sale as they were quite expensive (to me.) noticed my niece had exact pair I was watching. She said shoe had separated from sole on original pair, but they had replaced without requiring return of faulty pair. So I thought, at least they have responsive and reasonable customer service. When I saw sandals on sale I decided to give them a try. First of all, though I am in Australia their prices were US $, so rather than $94 my price was AU$150. I received the sandals (shipped from Bali). They were NOT leather and the odor (from either the plastic they were trying to sell as leather, or the glue they use) was overwhelming and sickening. It literally stank up a medium sized room in minutes. Although company is based in Singapore and shoes are made and shipped from Bali, they require returns be sent to USA. It cost $41 to return to USA, and after no refund I checked auspost tracking and it indicated package had been “awaiting pick up” for about a week. I had to contact again to inquire/get refund. They seem to operate like many shady Chinese operations. Inferior or falsely advertised materials and counting on exorbitant return costs to discourage returns. Do yourself a huge favour and don’t buy from these shysters!

Easy to order and fast delivery of a fantastic product. I was fortunate enough to be gifted my first pair and the second was quickly on my wish list. Love both my liberte sandals and looking forward to adding a new colour to my collection soon.

Shoes/slides are beautiful. The varnished wood heels really make them unique and gorgeous.

I've ordered multiple items and they are always high quality and accurate to what I was expecting. The packaging is always very nice and I will continue to order from Liberte.

I thought these would be a scam because they were on Instagram... Turns out these are the CUTEST sandals and are actually good quality! I hate buying cheaply made stuff, and these are very on point for the price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that was also on Instagram skeptical like me!

Great shoes that happen to be incredibly comfortable too. I love the company's mission to support "slow fashion" and only make items once they are ordered. Emails through the ordering/shipping process were done well. Will absolutely order from them again.

The shoes I ordered are simply beautiful - the softest of leather & the fit is good & very comfortable. I had 1 problem of an incorrect size, but the replacement product was sent instantly without me having to return the wrong sized product - a photo was sufficient. Very efficient & confidence inspiring to a customer. Great company & great products!

These shoes are amazing. I wore them on vacation, from cobblestones to the beach, and they held up. They’re so comfortable because they have supportive molding. The order process was easy, too, and I was able to stay updated on the delivery status with tracking info after they shipped.
