A excellent experience all round with L & I Eaton Arc Ltd. Great customer service that kept me informed at every stage. A relatively minor paint job but car was returned looking like new!

From the start every thing went smoothly staff were very helpful courteous throughout the process. A big thank you to Debbie and Erin for their help. Also the delivery guys were helpful. Thank you all.

Amazing service from the Keith Branch, from the collection and delivery of my vehicle by John to the call updates from Caroline. Couldn't fault the repairs carried out after someone hit my vehicle. Highly recommend this company.

Good and quick service

My car has just returned from the Keith Branch, and I’m very pleased with the service across all areas. From the gentleman that collected my car, the office staff, garage staff and the gentleman that returned my car, they were all extremely helpful and kept me well informed throughout the process of repairing my car. To whoever cleaned my car, I thank you. That was totally unexpected. I realise that it was to show up any marks on the car but the attention to detail was appreciated. Initially I was sceptical about my car going so far away for repairs but having gone through this process I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest to my friends to have repairs carried out with them. Thank you all so very much for making this so easy.

My, parked, car was damaged on the offside rear wing and bumper. Eaton’s are my insurers preferred repairer so that’s what the car ended up. The booking in process was very straightforward, staff were friendly and professional, Eatons stayed in touch when they said they would and the finished job is excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch.

Yes me again. Not in the habit of crashing my car. This time it was someone who took the side out of my car and left.
So where do I start.
The Keith branch are professional and friendly from start to finish. Because I'm motability they collect my car bringing a suitable replacement while waiting for repair.
They kept me informed twice weekly and I'm now delighted to have my car back looking fantastic.

My car was allocated to the Newcastle branch from my insurer
I rang them on the Friday & was told the repair was complete & it’d be returned on the Monday but as Monday went on I’d had no contact so I rang them again, I was told it’ll be Tuesday as they were still awaiting a part (due on that morning)
Again no return so I rang back & was told the same again & it’ll be Wednesday.
I rang about another issue on Wednesday afternoon & mentioned my car was due back today only to be told it’ll be Thursday now..
Thursday came & again no call so I rang them back & was told (even though I live within 5 miles of their garage) that I lived ‘too far away’ for their drivers to deliver it today & was asked if I’d like to arrange another date!
No customer service, no callbacks & being constantly lied to about parts etc..
It even states on their website my repair was 100% complete & the car had been returned to me on the 24th(Wednesday)
Terrible..

The whole situation I found myself in when my vehicle was damaged was really really stressful, I could not sleep. Then came along the most amazing 2 ladies from the team at Etons. The guided me through the whole process, and went beyond what I considered there obligation too make sure that everything from start to finish was done in the way any poor motorist would be forever thankful for. The Keith branch of L&I Eaton were excellent. They kept in touch, updated when necessary, were efficient, and returned my repaired car in wonderful condition. I will highly recommend the Keith branch who give a fabulous service.

Mel, Chloe and Caroline and Greame the manger were all great in helping me get my car repaired after someone reversed into me, car was only there a few days and the repairs were done to a very high standard, would recommend to anyone and definitely use them again

The company contacted me the day after the collision 6th May and said that a staff member would call and video the damage on the 7th May which was done to a high standard. I received many phone calls updating what parts needed to be ordered then finally a call telling me that my car could be collected 21st May and a courtesy car left for me. I said i would deliver the car to their premises which i duly did. Melisa was excellent with all the paperwork to be explained and signed by me then she escorted me out to the lovely automatic modern Seat. The following week i received a call from Melisa telling me that my car would be ready to collect on Friday 29th May. When i arrived at the premises i could see my car and it was gleaming. I signed all the paperwork, courtesy car checked and then on my way home a very satisfied customer. My car was repaired to a very high standard. Would highly recommend L&I Eaton Keith Branch to undertake repairs.

Fantastic company to deal with. Repairs to the bodywork were invisible 🙂and the speed of the service was brilliant. Lovely friendly staff and delivered me a courtesy car quickly. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you
