I am very happy with the service I received with regards to my car they kept me updated on the progress and they collected my car from Nottingham and returned it cleaned and hoovered.

I cannot rate Keith branch more highly. From start to finish a perfect service . Picked my car up and returned it in immaculate condition. Hard to believe any damage had occurred. Excellent communication and updates twice a week. Only delay was outwith their control due to waiting for parts . Courtesy car was excellent a like for like . Pick up and delivery drivers were exceptional and arrived on time . Highly recommend this company.

Kept informed via text and a link for repairs. Polite friendly staff. Courtesy car provided, our car had a valet before being returned

Keith Branch provided an excellent service from drop off through to pick up.

Workmanship was good and this, coupled with regular updates from their customer service team, fully merits a 5 star review.

Top quality repair and friendly staff. Communication was excellent, especially as the repair took a bit longer than expected due to availability of parts.
My car was collected and delivered efficiently, I was kept informed of progress, and my car was returned looking a lot better than it has for some time.
You can't really ask for more, tbh.
Highly recommended.

Kieth branch looked after the repair of my car. The service was excellent. I was loaned a courtesy car while it was in for its repair. Now I have received it back repaired and sparkling clean inside and out. Thank you so much to all at the Keith branch for keeping well informed. I was greeted, treated with courtesy and grace.
