No issues: arrived promptly and item as described.

Litfad are total crooks, do not buy from them.

I ordered my unit in February and it arrived in April … YES 2 months to arrive. The box was damp and flimsy, not a good sign. The polysterine had come apart and it was mush as you opened it, it went everywhere. The unit parts were bowed as they were damp and parts were obviously broken. The fittings were cheap and ineffective. The whole thing had to go to the tip. It was made of chipboard. Very poor quality.

Communicating for a refund was ridiculous. They started with 5% then 10%, 15% and so on.., they said they could only give 75% of the item cost and not of the total spent. Then they said I would only get it if I gave them a 4-5 star review before the refund… I told them that it classed as a bribe.

After many promises of a refund, they never did.

Total con merchants.

Will not refund you at all no matter what the reason is. So if the product is completely damaged they won’t refund you. If you can’t use the product they still won’t refund you. They are a scam do not use

The delivered product was defective. The assembly of the lightstand was extremely poor. The drawers go out of track because the top was glued in wrong was, as of a 5 years old kid did the assembly. Customer service is poor and only method of communication is email, no phone, fax or text available. The response of the customer service is very poor. It seems that no quality control system does not exist. My major mistake, I did not search for customer satification survey. When I did the search after receiving the product, I found majority of customer reviews provide 1 stars out of five. The sure that happend because there is no opition for lower ranking Than one

Do not order from this company it has been 12 weeks and I havnt received my order. I have had every excuse imaginable. They are now refusing to refund me. The package is untraceable. They will take your money and not deliver anything. Will be contacting my credit card company and the trading ombudsman.

We ordered a crystal and black light for our bedroom. It arrived quickly and we weren’t disappointed with the quality. I wasn’t sure whether the ‘crystal’ would be plastic when ordered, but I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely order from Litfad again.

I ordered this beautiful console table from Lifad,I waited forever for delivery. When it finally arrived, I was so upset when I opened the package. It was a counterfeit of the product that is posted on the website.It was a piece of garbage, I don't know from what manufacturer it was fabricated. It was a complete disappointment,discoloration,visible siliconeglue and screws,wood chipped and more. I placed a claim with PayPal to get my money back.Lifad had the nerve to offer me a 10% discount to keep the product. Absolutely NOT,I need a full refund,they can keep that piece of ....Shame on them!!!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Would give it zero if I could.
1) Advertised as though from America and not China.
2) delivered wrong item badly packaged and damaged.
3) Eventually delivered correct item which was also badly packed and damaged and missing all of the fastners to assemble it.
4) Who in there right mind sends items internationally In cheap cardboard box secured with only cellotape.
5) Unable to actually talk to anyone, have to use there useless AI systems which is a nightmare.
6) Waiting to try and get refund but not holding my breath.
7) Will never use this company again even if it was for free.

Don’t buy from this website, they delivered a very poor quality Chinese made double bed frame and refuse to refund.

Absolutely disgusting company! I have bought a table who was then signed by driver and came home to no package. They will not give me refund and in fact they kept insisting they going to send another one which takes 2 months to arrive! Absolutely disappointed. They keep asking to write to the delivery people when it should be them dealing and running around not me! And still no refund. I will be taking actions against them today. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No star!! If I could.. horrendous customer service. No returns labels.. takes months to arrive! An will not budge on a full refund of faulty goods!!
Appalling company. Should be banned from selling

We ordered a bathroom storage cabinet that claimed to have wicker/rattan door panels. This took 6 weeks to arrive, and when it did the door panels were one single plastic panel - not wicker, or ratten or even a plastic equivalent - just one sheet of plastic with holes in! The website claims a 60 day returns policy if items are not as described, however when we emailed customer support they claimed that they were not able to honour this returns policy and could only offer us a 5% discount. The dispute is still ongoing, but as of writing this is illegal and contrary to their own guarantees. Never buy from this place - it is low quality, not as described and they operate illegally.

Words cannot describe what a scam this company is! Do not use! You will definitely regret it!

This is not a company it’s a ripoff merchandise arrived filthy damaged and unrecognisable for its purpose like other reviews you had to give 1 star in order to write a review so angry

with myself for not checking into Trustpilot prior to my £164.42 purchase which ended up straight in the trash in my defence I did check
Amazon and this company is trading there WHY? but never sold the item I wanted to purchase. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE

We bought furniture, it came in a million pieces with no instructions, the actual furniture was described as solid wood, NO IT WAS NOT, please do not purchase from this company, they want an astronomical amount to return so you are stuck with inferior products and lose out, we didn't really need to write review this looking at the rest of reviews, disgraceful company

I ordered a rug. It arrived as thick as a thin piece of cardboard and stitching loose at the sides. I contacted I get offers 5% I declined. I get offered 10% refund I declined I get offered 15% refund. I think you can see where this is going, anyway I declined. They then asked me to send it back and cover the fee to have it shipped back. Why should o pay to send it back? I didn’t damage it. I then opened a dispute with PayPal. I get at least 10 emails a day from this company telling me I have only two options which are to accept my rubbish refund of now 40% or pay to ship the rubbish rug back but I have to close the dispute. PayPal advised me to not close the dispute. I am still receiving emails directly telling me to close the dispute. Shocking people, I’m being harassed at work I have photos of love to attach
