Sending unfinished products

We bought a table from them and it was clearly not finished. We were given some screws but the tabletop did not have any place to be able to screw the legs to it. Currently we can not mount the table.
When asking what to do we are offered a 10% to keep it or we will need to pay the transport to China to have a refund.
We currently have a table that we cannot mount and we do not have any solution from them and every time that I try to send them an email, I have to start the explanation from scratch.

Ok Litfad this is an update on my previous 3 reviews. Now after waiting 2 and a half months on delivery, my table that I paid £430 for is damaged like many other customers’ items. Rubbish packaging, for a cheap, shoddy table. What a con of a company Litfad is. They have now asked us to write a positive review before giving us a 20% discount. How can we possibly write anything positive?? A positive review will not be happening. Horrible scammers I would rather jump off a bridge. I want a full refund as I will not be using this table. I will continue to write bad reviews until I get my cash. Please see pictures of damaged goods.

My final review of this appalling company - had my umpteenth email today to say they have refunded me in full - actually they have refunded my bank who after 6 months of aggravation got my money back in full ( litfad tried to charge the £30 carriage for an item that was never delivered) - at the end of the email they asked me that maybe now I would give a positive review- FAT CHANCE LITFAD - I'm just glad they will be out of my life forever DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU CANNOT RELY ON THE " 5* " REVIEWS AS CUSTOMERS ARE TOLD TO WRITE ONE OR NO REFUND !!

Be warned, Litfad make more money by selling unusable products.
This is an update of my previous reviews, most recent is 07/06.
I’m still going through a mental torture with them since I bought what was meant to be a coffee table in March 2024.
See recent emails for yourselves which is a great proof of a fraudulent processes and activities

This is undeniably a bad practice and illegitimate process, of course it should be expected that when I get my refund that is when I will be fully satisfied and put a review, and I should never be forced to do so as if I’m negotiating something that I’m not due.
Please consider refunding my money, and I will put a review, if not I will have no choice but to publish this illegal practice in the public domain.

Poor service

I ordered a table and chairs, it look a very long time to arrive and when it did it arrived damaged. They have refused a replacement or refund so I am taking further action. Avoid.

Litfad returns

Litfad is a legit company with third world return policies. I ordered a furniture that came broken. They refused to refund the amount in spite of providing unpacking videos and photos of broken items.
They offered 40% refund.
I filed a UK claim courts complaint.
In 2 months time, They came knocking to refund the whole amount + court fees.

24th March:- 2 lights ordered online from Litfad having finally found ones we both liked.
3rd April:- Auto email received confirming dispatch with details of the container ship transporting the goods along with a DPD tracking number which never worked.
5th April:- another auto email received repeating the email sent 2 days previously.
16th May:- I chased the order having tracked the ship repeatedly (it eventually docked in Felixstowe on 8th May having travelled from China via Singapore then round the bottom of South Africa). Two tracking number for 17track.net were returned. These never returned anything of use.
22nd May:- I chased again.
23rd May:- Auto reply saying they had cleared customs and would be delivered in about 10 days.
28th May:- I chased again. Yet another auto email confirming the 'warehouse delivery time' as 25th May.
31st May:- I demanded a full refund. Another auto email containing yet more useless detail. I rasie a case against Litfad via Resolver containing full details. Litfad reply asking for the order number. I reply saying it was referenced in the original case details.
1st June:- I demand a full refund again. 10% refund offered. I repeated the demand for a full refund not received the lights. 15% refund offered by Litfad. Again I demanded a full refund. 20% refund offered by Litfad.
2nd June:- I demand a full refund again. Finally, a human-written email sent saying they would investigate.
5th June:- I chased up again.
6th June:- A holding reply saying please be patient.
11th June:- I demand a full refund again. Response: "Really sorry for that, It is still in process the case."
7th June:- Resolver prompt me to chase up the case, which I do. No response.
12th June:- Out of the blue, the lights are delivered. 80 days after the order was submitted and paid for. Miraculously they are undamaged and seem to work. Are they worth the price I paid? No. Poor quality materials - possibly an imitation. Can I bear to complain? No. I've had more than enough of Litfad's automatic email responses.
Moral of the story - before you order directly from an offshore online business - check reviews very carefully. Litfad should not be allowed to trade in the UK with performance and behaviour like this. You have been warned and I'm clearly far from alone.

Do not purchase anything from this company, ordered a shelving unit in Feb and it finally arrived in June. Nothing like the picture , it was scratched and chipped on most shelfs, when putting a complaint in , I was offered 5% compensation then 20% and then 40%!! It is not fit for purpose and still awaiting a response for a full refund 😡

Absolute Junk ..my dog won’t even sit on this sofa I purchased..this bares no resemblance to the picture..took 3 months to get here and you have to return to china if your not happy at your own expense..the postage to deliver cost £12.00 so I assumed it was coming from uk based distribution..absolute scam they send you rubbish knowing you can’t return to china ..if I could give zero stars I would ..it’s also not up to Uk fire regs so it should burn quite easily when it goes on the bonfire ! ..I did purchase through Klara so hopefully they may help ?

We purchased 2 lights

We purchased 2 lights, it took 9 weeks to arrive, and the instructions was useless and connection to mains was not included, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They send everything from CHINA and when you contact them via the website, they take 3/4 days to respond but never resolving anything. We've had to purchase new lights since what we sent was impossible to put together, and connections to mains was never sent.

i wish i read the reviews and checked trust pilot. usually i always check on here before i make purchase on a company i have not used before. i purchased a desk and its been over a month and still no shipping information or any email to confirm regarding my desk. i am wondering, have i lost my money? been online chatting and all i get is while on ship they can not provide any tracking and when it will be arriving. but can not confirm if it has been shipped yet.

Wish I’d never ordered from

Desk took three months to arrive and was damaged due to poor packaging. Everything was just loose in the shipper box with no proper packaging and the shipper box was then damaged, presumably not helped by a three month journey. 34/44 pieces were damaged including a snapped drawer side.
Litfad are so far unwilling to refund my money at the time of writing.

Please DO NOT order from this company. They send damaged goods and will not accept returns and issue refunds. They have now refused to answer any emails. Extremely disappointed that they willingly take innocent consumer’s money.

This company took 2.5 months to deliver 2 chairs. When the chairs arrived they were bad quality and had had puckered stitching. I advised the and sent pictures. They told me thee was no issues and i couldnt return them, I tried to put a review on their site but they blocked me from doin so, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
