Awful products, awful company!!
Will refund my money if I withdraw complaints.
Avoid Litfad at all costs!!

Damaged product arrived months after purchase. Refused refund as product was in shipping!! Avoid…avoid…avoid!!

product never arrived after 1 month. Asked them where it was as I didn't want the order- they said it was shipped. They didn't respond to my email . Only that the following day I got notification of shipment (which they could've stopped).

Incomprehensibly awful people. Whoever owns this company is a complete scumbag. They sell total junk at marked up prices, which they then slash to make it look like they give great deals. They make up the cost by over-charging for shipping.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS

24 emails over the course of a month and still no refund. I got into a haggling match with them - they refused to offer a refund until I showed them my negative Trustpilot review. Then my case got escalated and they started haggling with refund amounts in exchange for taking down my negative review. I got them up to 60% and we had a deal - then they re-negged and said they'd only refund my money in exchange for a positive review.

Honestly, it's actually funny how shockingly awful these folks are. They're clowns. Please, please, please do not give them your money. Their stuff is junk - you don't want it anyway. I paid $80 for two tiny tables advertised as pine but made of balsa wood. Dollar store type stuff.

If this was a U.S. company they'd be out of business a long time ago.

Worst place to order. Received half my order and now the customer service which is only email based is not responding to my emails

Big scam company.Took money which is £170 for a shoes rack and no communication until asked multiple times.
Going to make complain in my bank for this fraud to get my money back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Chinese scam website - takes your money and does not fulfil orders. Placed order on Aug 12th and still not received. Have followed up multiple times and each time told shipment is delayed and given a new arrival date. I have requested my order be cancelled and refunded due to the multiple delays. Automated bot response of refund policy which doesn't allow orders to be cancelled before being delivered.

I have many pictures and emails to back this up.
It was broken in shipping but also VERY poor craftsmanship. Went back and forth with them and then got PayPal involved because they wouldn’t resolve it in a timely fashion. I was going to accept a replacement but they wouldn’t tell me when it would come. PayPal closed the claim because they asked me to ship it back and I never saw that email. I still can’t find it. I called them and they reopened it and told me they would get a US address to ship to. They did not and the computer closed it again. I couldn’t called PayPal again but I was exhausted. The bed is poorly made junk. I finally got half off but we had to glue the bed back together and it’s noticeably broken. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!

After 35 exchange of emails to get a refund on a broken lamp that arrived 7 months later, They have threaten me to put a 5 stars review to get a refund. I ended up doing it as I do not want to lose my money.
And then they have sent me an email ordering what I need to write!!! This is truly unbelievable. I really feel robbed!

If I could give less then 1 star then I would. Avoid this company. Scammers. Lucky I have places my order via KLARNA. I brought 1month ago and realised after checking them out on here I had made a very big mistake. I immediately tried to cancel my item of £165 with 4 days. They told me I couldn't cancel it and they had shipped it. ( This was a lie!!!) I then told them to intercept it and return which I know they can do. They told me it was already dispatched it....2 weeks after this and still no delivery I get an email saying they have just dispatched my item.... So they could have canceled and just lied to me. This is a glass cabinet so I can guarantee it will be broken,,, they said it's broken they will send a replacement parts? ( Not sure how they will achieve this 😂 I've cancelled my next 2 payments until I receive this item and make sure it's good. If it's not I'll be raising a dispute with KLARNA with all my emails and evidence. Then I will send it to customs for a full refund. Stay clear of the scammers. Worst company ever.. save yourself the headache

PUT QUITE SIMPLY — AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible - waited nearly 45 days for a £900 TV unit to arrive, when it came ( in a large wooden crate) all the way from China it was damaged in 4 locations.
We followed the full process of informing Litfad within 14 Days, asked for a full refund and for Litfad to collect and return the item. Litfad refused and wanted us to return an item weighing almost 60kgs back to China at our own cost (God only knows how much this would have been).
We tried to contact Litfad numerous times (Warning no phone number) all done on email and automated online chat only!!!!!
All told a specialist furniture restoration company quoted us £300 to repair.
We ended up accepting 30% refund to part pay for the restoration service and are left with poor quality rubbish which wasn’t even worth half what we originally paid for it!!
Disgusted, upset and angry wouldn’t even cover it.
Due to this experience both my wife and I will never order furniture online again!!!
Please avoid this company!!!

Terrible company to resolve an issue, I bought a rug from their site and on arrival it is of such poor quality and won’t even sit flat on my floor.
I have contacted them and they keep offering me various options apart from a full refund.. unless I pay to send the rug back to them.
I refuse to loose money because what they have sold me is not what I ordered .. the rug is unusable for anyone even if I do send it back.

This was the worst experience that I've ever had with company. I would never recommend anyone from buying here. They portray a nice image on their website but they're actual product is absolutely poor and of really cheap quality. Firstly my order was very late it came two months late. And then the actual packaging was damaged. What made me angry was the actual product was also damaged. It was chipped on the edges and looked as if it's been used for a few years. The product didn't come with any instruction manuals. When emailing them they did not acknowledge the damage as it did not interfere with the use of the product. But why on earth would I buy a product that wasn't cheap for it to have damages and chips and scuff marks on it. Don't ever buy from this place they have cheap products they're selling for extortionate prices and they don't even help when a complaint is made

I bought a 'solid wood' shoe cupboard.
Order took months to arrive. When it finally did arrive I opened it to no instructions, it wasn't solid wood, just flat pack and veneer. It cost me over £300 and I devastated. I have raised a dispute with the bank and Litfad are yet to respond to me.

I am one of the victim.
I tried to return some products unfortunately the return process ended up costing me twice as much as I originally paid. I spent AUD 800 on three items, and now I can't even return them easily. They gave me a UK return address, yet the box is covered in Chinese writing. I can't believe I bought from an overseas site. And how on earth do they have 5-star reviews? Are people just helping the company scam more buyers?

We have ordered a TV bench from them. The package arrived damaged, and we made photos of the wooden panels of the bench being chipped and dented. We have refused to accept the parcel in such condition and delivery company took it back. When contacting the customer services, they have offered 5% and then 10% refund, the cost of the bench was £ 360. We have told them in a number of emails that we do not want to keep the item and want either a refund or replacement, still nothing

I ordered a desk organiser on the 29th of June and it has finally arrived 2 months later (30th of August). This was slightly later than the estimate I received (18th of August) but to be expected with customs etc.

I reached out on the 19th of August and was told it had reached customs so good communication.

However, the shipping packaging is very cheap so the edge of the metal desk organiser was heavily dented. Luckily I have a heat gun so could stretch it back without cracking the paint.

Overall, although delivery was very long and the item was dented, I'd say the item was as described and I received a quick response from customer service so three stars deserved.

I placed an order online for a desk on the 28.6.2004 the money was take straight from my account. I have contacted customer services on several occasions to ask where my item is and why it hasn’t been delivered. On each occasion they have said it is being shipped and made excuses. It is now the 29 th August two months on and still no sign of my £99 purchase. I have asked if Litfad will refund me and was told that if I read their contract they can’t do this ???
Please be very wary when ordering from this so called company as I’m not sure it actually exists!!!!!
Litfad responded to my email today advising my order would be another 2 weeks they have offered me gift of a dinosaur lamp which is really funny because I don’t have a desk to put it on or I can have 15 % off my next order I really don’t think I will be ordering anything from them now or in the future
