Avoid these scammers, bought a bed frame which had parts missing. They never rectified the situation and stop replying to my emails. £259 down the drain.

Ordered a shoe cabinet off this company. Box came damaged and all of the wooden panels are damaged beyond use. Contacted and they offered me 10% back. When I continued to ask for a full refund they ignored all further communications. Even PayPal refused to help unless I payed over 300 pounds to ship the item back for a full refund. Buyers beware.

Ordered a reception sofa £350 August 2024 still waiting for the frame to arrive it's now December 2024. They have falsified documents to say I signed for both items, even though the courier has confirmed i only signed for 1 item which were the cushions. They have stopped emailing and are not helpful at all. Avoid this company they are thieves and scammers. I would give them 0 stars if I could 1 is too much

Zero stars! £249 for a desk that never turned up and we paid through PayPal pay in 3 we are fighting for a refund, 3 months in nothing! tracking is false, they no longer reply to emails, the whole site is a scam I WISH I had checked with trust pilot a rookie mistake that I am paying dearly for as it was my daughters xmas present absolutely gutted! Avoid this company at all costs you are literally flushing your money down the toilet.

Item never turned up (a green ceiling light) they took £123 and just kept emailing that they were having shipping delays - it’s been three months since the order. It’s a fraudulent company

The worst furniture store!
I am waiting my parcel for 2 months already and the tracking link still shows it was not shipped. They have very cheap prices but it looks like the scam. So avoid this store

ZERO STARS. Avoid this business at all costs. You have to keep chasing the order by contacting them. It took over 2 months to be delivered. It was damaged on arrival with mould on the seat. I emailed and sent pictures to be told it was checked on departure!! I then responded that I'd like to return the item but they have now gone deaf. That was over a week ago. NO RESPONSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a Chinese scam with low quality products that take forever to be shipped & arrive from China, if they get sent that is. We bought a console table, which arrived after weeks. Such poor quality and unfinished! They literally sent us an unfinished piece of “furniture”. Avoid these chinese scams at all cost. Let’s see what Trading Standards and Action Fraud have to say about this. Unless you let us know how to return this “product” and refund us. Thanks.

Would have given negative 5 stars if I could, extremely bad service and products. It’s a scam, avoid at all costs. Refund process is impossible, customer service refuses to budge even though they’ve sent me wrong parts, they pretend not to understand English. You have better luck buying these junk from Temu.

Please do not buy from this company. They say that the item will be shipped in a few days but dont mention that the shipping takes 2.5 months.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor quality products. No customer service. Despite several emails to customer service and their "live chat (useless AI)" no response. Paid £200 for a light that broke within 6 months and there seems to be no way of getting any response or resolution. Awful company.

Placed order end September ‘24, nothing arrived by end October, complained to PAYPAL who eventually closed case, in mean time received email from LIFAD to the effect that the Order was being sent by sea, due to arrive Felixstowe 27/10, received email mid-November claiming order delivered, but as of 19/10 nothing has arrived RECOMEND DO NOT DO TRUST THIS OUTFIT

The Worse expérience i had by ordering on the internet : horrible product made in china with low quality plastic, 3 months for shipping, and a customers service wo ask me to make a 5 stars review if i want to get 20% refund maximum when i told them that it was unacceptable and that i won’t keep this product (otherwise : nothing). I choose 0 euros and told them to go F*** themselves.

After 2+ months waiting for a small brass vanity light from Lifad, it arrived in a dilapidated box that barely made the trip. I opened the box to find a cheaply made light that cost me $60+. It was not packed securely within the box as it was rattling around freely. After two months of being in touch with this company trying to locate the light and ending up with a light I can’t even use, I have no desire to deal with them any more. It’s going out with the garbage and I will never deal with them again. I strongly suggest no one else does either.

I have given one star as it is not possible to give zero! I ordered 4 wall lights showing a description of remote control. After several emails chasing the order I eventually received it some 10 weeks after the order date. There were no remote controls included with the lights, the lights cannot be operated by a wall switch so without the remote controls they are useless. I am now 12 emails in trying to resolve the situation. After numerous excuses, they are now telling me that the lights are not remote control and are operated by wall switch (I have had two electricians verify that this is not the case) Litfad cannot explain to me why the packaging contained instructions on how to operate the remote control and why the product description on their website clearly states remote control. I have requested either a full refund for return or that they send me the controls, they are refusing to cooperate. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Offered 5% discount, which is insulting. Accepted 15% discount but they have yet to transfer this to me and its been weeks now.

I ordered a Shoes Cabinet from Liftad

I ordered the shoes cabinet in August and after shipping delays it arrived yesterday 23 October.
The cardboard packaging looked as if it had been unwrapped and repackaged at least once. Also the assembly instructions are in Chinese! Initially the contents looked undamaged but on unpacking to check the numbers of panels etc I found minor staining to some of the panels, brown stains on white veneer stand out like a sore thumb. I tried to remove them with soap and water but to no avail. I have therefore sent photographs to Liftad and asked for a refund. My wife who wanted this item is Chinese and is very disappointed.

What a shocking experience after over a month wait for my products to arrive I had order 2 bedside tables, upon opening the packaging was terrible and every piece was damaged chipped marked scratched it looked use! Instantly I emailed Lifad to say I want a full refund as the quality they are selling does not match what has arrived! they come back and offered 5% refund but as expressed everything was damaged! its not worth the money! they have told me if I want a full refund I need to pay for the shipping back which does not make sense as it faulty therefore on the customer law it is there responsibility they are not being helpful and not refunding me for what I should be! DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME! DO NOT ORDER!
They should not be allowed to sell these false advertised good! they look cheap and horrible.
