The worse company to deal with. Sent damaged goods that took months to arrive twice (6 months experience) and will not refund my money. Do not use. They are complete crooks.

Don't buy anything from this company straight up rip off order a 24"H waited about month or so before it came and then when it finally came I picked the package up off the porch I said to myself this couldn't be what I ordered it was really light weight opened it up it was a table that stood less than two foot from the floor made for a doll house and now they are trying to force me to keep it saying the return will be expensive and I will only get 30% refund back straight rip off

Do not buy from this company. I have been charged for a table, and 3 months later am still waiting. I have asked 4 times for a refund. They have increased the shipping charge (which I was never informed about) and offered a 15% discount. I have declined this and asked for a refund, which they are not giving me. This is illegal. Please do not buy from Litfad.

Ordered 4 bar stools November 2024, no ETA provided. Seats came 10th Jan. Contacted Litfad to see where the chair legs were, advised to be patient. After multiple emails and escalations, constantly being told to wait and be patient, chair legs finally arrived 10th February. They are all scratched and damaged. The chairs were £90 each! The quality of the chairs is awful. I do not recommend this company and their customer service is truly shocking. Like many others have advised, we should have read the reviews first. Not really sure why we didn’t. Please steer clear from this company. We’re currently contacting AMEX to see how we can get our money back.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a £298 bar shelf. Only after ordered was i informed it would take 30-45 days for delivery. Tried reaching out the company to cancel and refund me back. No one bothers replying. No refund either. Will have to take this up with my bank. Painful experience tbh. Prob a scam as after 30 days you can’t get a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering

I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase! The product exceeded my expectations, and the quality is very good. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer support. They were quick to respond and helped me with all my questions. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Don't waist your money or time ordering ANYTHING from litfad.com. They say they are from London (even shows up as London on your credit card statements) but it is poorly made good from China that will likely arrive damaged. I sent them images and proof minutes after I opened the box and they only offered me 5% back and refused to give me a full refund. It has been two weeks of back and forth emails now and they refuse to help me with my requested refund. SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress this enough. Our dresser has still not arrived (months after ordering), and there is no customer support. They ignore emails (or send an apology offer of a plastic dragon as compensation without providing a resolution or update). They should be banned from trading in the UK.

Would not rate this company at all. No updates on delivery, ordered back in November and am still waiting for my 7year olds desk which was her Christmas present. The customer service is absolutely shocking. How this company is still going is beyond me.

The company send the item with missing parts and when confronted they told me to accept 5% refund which is totally opposite from what is written on their return policy. Now I’m stuck with a furniture which is going to cost me £600 to return to China and they not doing anything about it. Please avoid at all cost. Stick with ikea and the other furniture companies because this one is a scam!

How has this "business" not been shut down? It's a complete joke. Ordered a desk for my son's Christmas present in early October and it never arrived. It's proving impossible to get my money back. They are complete cowboys and have no intention of honouring orders. DO NOT BUY FROM LITFAD.

Be aware do not buy anything from them. Scammer and they don't understand your issue with your item.

Terrible company, avoid.
I cancelled an order made in error within a few hours of making it, but they still have taken my money (£170+ I cannot afford to lose) and their customer service representative on the online chat today, basically said “ Wait for your money or go to court, Whatever, chat over”. Appalling customer service, they really don’t care.

I ordered a table in October but it didn’t arrive
The package was shipped from
China and Litfad say it was passed to the courier 4 weeks ago and is out for delivery
The courier company say they never received the package
I raised a dispute with PayPal because Litfad were not answering email queries and suddenly, Litfad woke up and started offering me discounts if I would drop the PayPal dispute. It’s a dishonest bribe because they need PayPal not to blacklist them
If I do that, I’ll probably end up with no table and no refund so I declined and asked them to deliver or refund and they just tell me the same every few days - it’s out for delivery. Same thing with the couriers - they still say they never saw the package

Every day is the same - Litfad lie to me and say it wlll arrive soon. We all know it’s lost but they won’t admit it
I won’t give up - I will push for a refund

Litfad seem to be a very dishonest and unhelpful company

The product took two months to arrive which wasn’t made clear on order.
The item I received looks very different to the one on the website… wood colour, switches and light shade are all very different to those advertised on the website. The products aren’t as nice/as good quality… there was cardboard where the bulb goes so an immediate fire hazard, and the arm which holds the shade isn’t stable and moves from one side to the other with zero tension. I naively gave the company the benefit of the doubt despite what I’d read because the product looked to be exactly what I was looking for. Such a shame but I won’t be using them again and I’d definitely recommend no one else does.

SCAM COMPANY. Ordered a wooden room divider, but when it showed (several months after ordering) it was a sheet of canvas painted to look like wood. They would not issue a refund or take the product back, in violation of their own "return policy". There are many other better places to order from, don't waste your time and money like me.

A vanity unit desk arrived which took 10 weeks! It arrived, all cracked, missing all screws and fittings.

They then asked me to return the faulty product they sent to some warehouse in Hong Kong or accept 10% refund and keep the item.

Contacted my credit card provider who is luckily taking the money back from them.

Tracking never worked. It’s a scam really, they take your money, ship some kind of goods and then stop responding.

I’m not sure why some authorities haven’t shut this website down yet.
