No item received. Ordered 29/12/24, fobbed off in Feb saying delay in shipping due to “force majeure”, expected delivery date 22/2/25. Nothing. Fobbed off again saying the same and that delivery would be mid-March. Have requested refund numerous times and they just fob off asking me to be patient. Will claim back through PayPal. Total waste of time and I’ve been without a desk for nearly 3 months.

The parcel that arrived (desk) 3 months after ordering, looked like it had been kicked from china to the UK. Got intouch with customer services who initially responded and then stopped responding when I sent over the parts that needed replacing.

Never ever buy from this company, take your money and nothing arrives. Same BS about courier, tracker says in UK and clear of customs 5 weeks ago and still nothing.
Dealing with them will drive you insane.

Had to give them 1 star because nothing lower to grade them on.
Appalling company, smoke and mirrors advertising and quick to take your money but no product. Customer service is non existent.
Purchased a table in Dec and nothing has arrived, told it cleared customs uk 23/03
3 weeks later allegedly still sat at the port but can believe anything. Do not buy from this company if you wish to keep your sanity.

Cheap and nasty product - shoe rack.
Incorrect assembly products sent , asked for refund - offered 5%and then 10%. Months later correct number of screws arrived but product so poor having to bin it .

Shoe bench storage was the worst quality ever. First had to wait another 4 weeks on top of 8-9 for a replacement leg. Marks on the item & holes in the soft bench cushion.

The most flimsy & poorest quality furniture I have had. I cannot use as one touch & it falls apart, let alone sit on it. All screws are tight.

Totally unusable & support will not even offer a refund. I have to throw the item away & purchase something from elsewhere

completely awful. just like every single one of you guys, i read the reviews AFTER i paid for it. the study desk i bought has still not arrived after months. reading all the other reviews, i suspect even if it did come it would be in terrible condition. check the reviews before buying things!

The website of this company looks totally top notch and totally legit to purchase from. Sadly I did not check the reviews before purchasing an item. I purchased a bookshelf on the 4th March, it was still showing that the item hadn’t been picked in the warehouse, so contacted the live chat. I was told that they expect to fulfil my order by 27th April!! All items are shipped from China. Nearly two months, absolute joke!! Following reading the reviews about this company, I have requested the order be cancelled. After speaking with a person on their live chat, and being offered discount to keep the order live, and asking a number of times to cancel the order, radio silence. I contacted my credit card company to retract the payment as items not received/fraudulent

Buyers beware, Deceptive advertising on a very professional looking site Litfad is a scam and PayPal enable this company to stay in business . $786 for a freestanding bathroom vanity unit, ceramic basin & tap Arrived in 2 boxes , 6 weeks later from China, smashed in pieces, inadequately packed 3 flimsy polystyrene cnr pieces, the unit was a flat pack bundle of plastic parts a black plastic tap? a bag of screws, tube of glue and no instructions. Didn’t resemble anything like what I ordered. Took 3 complaint emails & threat of going to PayPal to get my money back. What a joke I have spent 6 weeks providing info to PayPal, a statutory declaration, a report from a builder to explain condition and zero value. Provided numerous photos clearly showing how bad the product was. Both Litfad & PayPal expecting me to pay for the return of the broken boxes of heavy rubbish to China. I got constant demands to provide a return tracking number or the claim would be closed. I went to PayPal complaints dept and got the same runaround.
Litfad site so fraudulent,I was even charged a foreign exchange rate , even though the site was set up in Australian dollars with no information noted anywhere that the price may be different according to exchange rates of the day, they also promoted having warehouses in all major countries.
PayPal eventually refused my claim despite me being a frequent user for many years and never made a claim. Needless to say I will never use them again. Litfad are still backed by PayPal despite a current 900 negative review record in the last few months. People beware.

I ordered an outdoor table tennis metal table for my sons. It arrived 2.5 months later in a disgraceful mess. Damaged table top with the metal bubbling/crazing making it unplayable. The legs and supports bent, dented, scratched as were the metal net. The boxes were all damaged, ripped open at the corners and whilst I believe parts are missing, it came without any instruction manual. Not that I would bother putting it together. As per delivery email from Litfad, I sent immediate photos and a note giving them my thought and disgust at the way this product had been delivered to me. Whilst full of apologies they offered to replace parts. When I said that the whole table needs to be replaced, they started offers of 10% refund and replacement parts. That has slowly got to 30% refund and replacement parts. I have always stated I want this one picked up and a full refund. They have now said that if I wish to return it, it will be at my own costs. Absolute disgrace. Do not use Litfad for anything. They are a disgraceful company and now wish I had read the reviews well beforehand. I’m stuck with a complete mess and they have offered nothing to meet my needs. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LITFAD. I am going to start a class action against this company if anyone is interested!

Ordered 2 recliner chairs Oct’24, scheduled delivery 12th December. No show. Tracking on site useless. Went on live chat every week, same response, held up by customs, no update on delivery. Emailed customer service several times, same unsatisfactory responses, asked to be patient! End of January’25 bought other chairs and started claim through PayPal who asked Litfad to respond - this was much same as before. Then delivery arrives - was stupid and took damaged box in. Contained only 1 of 2 chairs ordered. Complete rubbish, blocks of hard foam with no padding, under loose tissue-like fabric that will tear in an instant, very uncomfortable. Got in touch with Litfad to tell them we rejected chair and they said we had to return it at own cost. Back to PayPal! Waiting for case review.

As per other reviews this company is a scam, over half a year and nothing. Paypal arent much better in recovering the payment, avoid at all costs.
You wont get your money back

This company are a complete scam with PayPal helping them,we ordered a desk that took four months to arrive,when it finally arrived it was damaged,PayPal are in league with them one hundred percent,they now expect us to pay to send it back……that’s not going to happen…..complete thieves…..

Please do not use this company! I bought a storage cabinet from them and after two months of waiting for it to be delivered, the item arrived absolutely shattered to pieces. I immediately contacted them and sent evidence and they have since refused to issue a full refund. I have been arguing back and forth for nearly 3 months now and then suddenly they required the item returned at my own cost. The postage alone is nearly as much as the item I expressed I didn’t feel comfortable being out of pocket twice. I then opened up a case with NatWest and they emailed to say because I had done this the funds were “locked” and I needed to cancel the case if I want my refund. NatWest advised this is not true and to keep the case open. Absolutely awful company! If I could zero star I would!

Order came damaged didn’t have any instructions was just a box with a bunch of pieces Thrown into it. I can’t begin to tell you how much of a fraud this place is. Customer service avoided every everything I asked them would not even respond to me after I explained what I was experiencing. Stay far away!!!!!!!

I purchased my item on 6th January. Item still not received. Fake tracking information provided. Wasn’t updated since 13th January. Customer service just say to wait. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I purchased through PayPal so will be reporting them!

We bought some bedroom furniture, not only did it take months to arrive but it turned up very badly damaged so much so it's unusable, are emails are 40 long as it doesn't look like we're going to get a full refund, so avoid at all costs.

I bought two settees which were supposed to be the same colour and style ! Nope totally different and the quality, if you can actually use quality in this circumstance would not be appropriate.

I contacted Lifad the same day they were delivered and then the endless emails started.
I wanted to return immediately but was fobbed off for months. They then started offering me discounts. The charge to send back to china was £300 ! I settled on 50% discount just to get it sorted.

Please do not buy off this company they abuse our customer rights.

Under no circumstances use this company. My goods, when they finally arrived were not as described or as shown on their website.

Both items were also damaged, with chunks of plastic (advertised as metal) missing

I contacted them immediately as they they had a 2 day return policy and included photos of the damage.

I was offered 5% as they were still usable.

I have been unable to reply to this email as every time I try the page won’t open, as if I’ve lost internet connection.

I’ve lost money and now can’t even afford to buy replacements from elsewhere.

(Also they took 7 weeks to arrive)

Appalling customer service. Ordered a dressing table on the 30th October, with an estimated arrival time of 44 days. Currently it has been 106 days and my order has still not been delivered. 15 emails with the customer service department who cannot provide me with any updates and refuse to refund ! Be very careful, wouldnt reccommend.

This website is a SCAM. Light fittings sent disassembled and without necessary components. Will be reporting to trading standards.
