Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Service from Liftad Order 1006331

We ordered dining chairs from Liftad and upon arrival, they were completely damaged, with holes in the wooden legs, most likely due to poor packaging or handling during shipment.

When we contacted the company to report that the chairs had arrived in such a condition, they asked us to return the items at our own expense. However, returning them to China costs over €300, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since the damage was clearly not our fault.

You have seen the photos we provided – these chairs are unusable and defective, and we should not have to bear the cost for your mistake.

If you would like us to consider removing this review, we expect you to:
• Provide a return label at your expense, and
• Fully refund our payment.

We were planning to purchase more items from your site, but as long as we have not been refunded for these damaged and unusable chairs, this review will remain visible.

Finally got a full refund for a very poor quality desk that was damaged. Purchased in October and after 36 email communciations back and forth, each time recieving an offer of a small fraction of the value of the items in refund. It increased each time slightly (10%, 15%, 20% etc).
In the UK, online purchase protection primarily relies on the Consumer Contracts Regulations, granting buyers a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel orders and return goods for a full refund, even without a fault. Credit card purchase protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act provides additional safeguards for purchases made on credit cards between £100 and £30,000.
If you do buy from here, remember your rights.

Online showing stone top table than 3month when I received I m shock plastic table rubbish 0-%

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Ordered and paid for coffee table on 8th January, eventually received 12th March which to be fair was the scheduled timeframe for delivery. However, the item delivered was not the item ordered so I requested a full refund, as stated on LItfad’s own website. After their initial requests for photos of item packaging, I subsequently received a number of offers for a percentage of the cost, ie 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. After refusing 40% and looking at the horrendous Litfad reviews on Trustpilot, I accepted 50% and they transferred the money into my bank account the next day. As I have effectively lost just under £100 to this company through either their incompetence or plain theft, I would state unequivocally STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY – the Chinese Government should be investigating them!

I was convinced my order would never come after reading the reviews here, but I wanted to reassure people that yours really could work out fine, as mine did! It took nearly 2 months to arrive but was only a week after the estimated delivery date anyhow. And when it did, yes, the box was a bit battered (I took photos before opening) but the hall bench I'd ordered was in great nick and I'm chuffed with it. No instructions however! But managed it just fine. I would order again. Not if I was in a hurry, and not a super expensive item, but I would risk it...it was half the price I'd seen anywhere else. Give it time, check your tracking, and you might be alright as I was.

Seriously panicked after reading the reviews, and delivery delays, however, I am delighted. 1 Sofa, 2 arm chairs and 4 dining chairs have arrived, late but they are beautiful. High end, well made and look exactly like the picture, I would have paid double here in the UK. Litfad have been prompt on communications while I followed up and even offered discount to wait. So relieved and love my furniture.

Absolutely terrible! This is the most dishonest company ever. The items arrived after months, colour not as advertised and 3 out of four damaged. They have offered me 5% compensation!!! Clearly a company without any ethics. I will never ever use them again

THIS IS AN AWEFUL COMPANY.....DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

I needed specific stools for an event and they stocked them, so I paid for express delivery ( £120 for delivery alone, item was £70). 4 weeks passed and no sign, turns out they hadn't even sent them.

I complained, requested refund, nothing. Only around 5-6 emails later am I hopeful of a refund.

They have an insane stock inventory on their website, which now makes sense, as they probably ship little to no orders.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company should be investigated for their company management, my gosh 60 days to receive my bed frame only to get the wrong size. 25 emails later nothing. I will never ever order again and I am filling a BBB COMPLAINT, and also emailing every company who offers Lifad, Shame on them. Word of advice: FIRE EVERY MANAGER AND ALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS. Elon Musk would have a hayday with LIFAD

Ordered desk on 20th December and was delivered 3 months and a lot of emails with repetitive replies later,and also wrong tracking number. So from roughly 44 days to more than double isn't acceptable and I'd definitely think twice from ordering from here again. Only positive was the fact that it arrived intact.

Poor quality of the product, long delivery over 12 weeks and when the product is broken you cannot get refund despite their T&C. Avoid this company. It’s a scam

Ordered my bookshelf in December. Received nothing, they claim they ship from China. The transit of your item seems purely made up to make you wait for months and be trusting. No human interaction only chatbot. Please avoid!!!

I ordered a shoe rack on 19th January. It is now 22nd March and I have still not received it.
I have sent them numerous emails and like everyone else have been fobbed off with delays in shipping, force majeure causing delays etc etc. after demanding a refund, they offered 5% discount! Absolutely shocking company that needs investigating and shutting down.

Again another story of non-delivery. I have raised with PayPal and will be refusing any delivery based on this. I will ensure I get a refund through PayPal and so I won’t be out of pocket.

Realice un pedido el dia 16 de enero 2025 a Litfad y hoy 18 de marzo no tengo ni idea de la entrega, en su pagina me garantiazaban la entrega de 15 a 20 días.
Son unos sinverguenzas porque salió del puerto de Yantian en china el dia 1 de febrero hacia Rotterdam y ya solo navegando tardo no menos de 45 días, ya ha llegado a Rotterdam el dia 11 de marzo y sigo sin saber nada de nada, aunque escribas a att. al cliente no te hacen ni caso, no responden.
Menos mal que el pago lo realice atraves de Pay Pal que estos si funcionan bien y siempre que he tenido un problema de este tipo me han devuelto el dinero.
Estas empresas deberian de desaparecer por estafadores y jugar con los clientes.
Estoy seguro que no vuelvo a comprar nada a esta gentuza, no se haven buena publicidad.
no tube la precaución de mirar en Trustpilot las valoraciones que veo que son nefastas.

⚠️ ATTENTION ARNAQUE - FUYEZ LIFTAD ! ⚠️

Je partage mon expérience catastrophique avec Liftad, une entreprise de fraudeurs et voleurs. Voici ce qui s’est passé :

1️⃣ Débit frauduleux de plus de 300 € : Sans mon accord, ils ont prélevé plus de 300 € sur mon compte alors que je n’avais jamais validé ce paiement. Une pratique totalement illégale !
2️⃣ Numéro de suivi invalide : Après plusieurs relances, ils m’ont fourni un numéro de suivi totalement inexistant. J’ai contacté les sociétés de transport, et toutes m’ont confirmé qu’il n’existe aucune trace d’un tel colis.
3️⃣ Nouveau numéro, même arnaque : Après d’innombrables mails, ils m’ont finalement donné un autre numéro de suivi, mais cette fois, le colis était perdu. Et bien sûr, aucune solution n’a été proposée.
4️⃣ Mensonges sur le remboursement : Après plus de 4 mois d’attente, ils continuent à me promettre un remboursement qui n’arrive jamais ! Pire encore, ils m’ont assuré que le remboursement avait bien été effectué, mais après vérification auprès de PayPal, aucune transaction de remboursement n’a jamais eu lieu.

Liftad est une arnaque totale ! Ce sont des escrocs, des menteurs et des voleurs. Ils vous promettent monts et merveilles, mais au final, vous perdez votre argent et votre temps. Je vais exposer cette escroquerie partout pour éviter que d’autres personnes ne tombent dans le piège.

⛔ Ne commandez jamais chez eux ! Si vous avez été victime comme moi, signalez-les immédiatement auprès des autorités compétentes et de votre banque.

I'd give this company a zero star,ordered a breakfast bar with stools waited 3 months for it...finally arrived OMG...no instructions just a bunch of cheap wood,the stools,absolutely awful my 2 month puppy weighs more than they do..I paid a large amount for this product...I wud never ever recommend this company to any1...gutted with what I received

I feel scammed, I would never remember buying from this company. Everyone, check the reviews before buying. We were clearly scammed. What a shame for all the people who were victims of this company.
