Ordered a desk on April 7th
Ordered a desk on April 7th. And it finally arrived on June 1st.
On opening I found several of the pieces damaged with either scratches on them or bits completely broken off which required glueing together.
The instructions are useless as they are in Chinese and even with pictures are hard to follow.
If I had realised when I ordered that it was coming on a slow boat from China I would never have bothered.
I would definitely never order from this company again.

I ordered a table a bench, and instead to receive a table they sent a piece of wood, without any tools or even holds to assembly. The piece of wood is a very bad quality and I paid almost £700. I have been asking for a refund and they are offering 5-15% which is unacceptable, I requested 100% refund and they are not replying any more, any advice on how to proceed?

Plz don’t order from these so called litfad 🥲I ordered a dressing table an chair for 150 pounds, said tc up to 4 wks so thought that was ok as decorating my bedroom, but after 2 months nothing, said was still on the ship, Then a chair suddenly arrived from the uk lol 😜, but no dressing table, by now have sent loads of e. Ordered a computer desk in March with delivery date of April. The date changed to May still nothing and now the date has changed to June. Appalling service. I will never use this company again and I don't recommend to anyone based on my experience.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I made the order on 28th February with the website suggesting delivery would take 2 weeks. After I made the payment I failed to get an email confirmation and the total cost that came out of my paypal was higher than I expected. I checked my account and saw the order was for 2 of the same product. I messaged Litfad on their live chat and explained the problem. They said they would amend the order for me. After 2 weeks of waiting to receive a refund I checked the account again and saw the order hadn't been amended. I spoke to them over their live website chat again and they asked me for proof of the conversation which I of corse didn't have as it was never saved or sent to me. They told me I could no longer change the order as it had been dispatched - I asked for email address to complain but never heard back.
So with little other option I waited for the products to arrive hoping I could return one once it arrived however I was waiting another month for anything to arrive.
I received two parcels containing only half of the products (the top of the lamps). Neither were the same colour as shown on the website and one of them was damaged.
I checked my account again for see where the missing packages were - it was flagged as ‘passed customs’ but this was back on 28th April.
I emailed them to find out where the missing parcels were and explained the part of the product that had arrived was damaged.
I was asked to send pictures of the product as well as a picture of every side of the parcel it arrived in which I did and confirmed the packaged wasn't damaged so the product was sent to me in that condition.
I failed to hear back from them so followed up with again no answer.
I then decided to send a dispute through Paypal - at this point they responded within hours to ask me to remove the dispute and to wait patiently for the missing parcels.
I explained to them I had been waiting over three months and the part of the product I had received was damaged and didn't match the colour shown on the website.
I was told again to wait patiently and remove the dispute to which I declined and asked them to process a refund. They offered me 5% refund which I again declined which was then increased to 10% and then 15%. I kept declining and getting quite annoyed as I didn't even have the whole product at this point.
They now have explained if I did return the product I would need to pay for it and the cost would be very high and offered 20% refund.
I am actually baffled that a company can be this underhanded to not only fail to send the product but also send damaged parts and still refused to take responsibility.
It wasn't a cheap order and I am just appalled by their service, poor product quality and complete disregard for a buyers rights to find any loop hole they can to leave you responsible for their failures.
Never ever ever buying from them again and making sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Avoid Litfad at All Costs – Likely a Scam
I placed an order with Litfad on 24th February, purchasing two lights worth over £300. Both were supposedly shipped together. One was delivered via DHL with no issues. The other has been stuck in limbo for weeks after allegedly clearing customs through a courier called XLCourier, which as far as I can tell doesn’t even exist.
Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support, I’ve received no meaningful response—just empty apologies and offers of pointless “free gifts” and future discounts with no actual update on when (or if) my missing item will arrive. No refund offered, no replacement, no escalation—nothing.
This feels like a scam operation. Litfad has taken my money and failed to deliver what I paid for (over 4months now). Steer clear of this website if you value your time, money, and sanity.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The table I received looks nothing like the one shown in the pictures. The quality is poor and the design is completely different. I contacted the seller, but they refused to help or offer a refund. This feels like a scam. I do not recommend buying from this website.
Terrible customer service
 It's a shame I have to write this negative review but only doing so because customer service is appalling. My item arrived nearly 2 months late with no real apology reason given.
customers in this situation with late deliveries are offered a free gift there was no free gift the packaging was quite badly damaged and looked like it had been eaten by vermin And smelt very bad, so had to be completely cleaned and sanitised.
the product itself was actually in good condition and we are quite happy with it.
We were eventually offered 15% discount which I agreed then after several emails back-and-forth asking when I was to receive this refund compensation I have been met with what I can only describe as very lame excuses and still not received it after three weeks.

I did receive the coffee table after 4 mounts and when I open the package coffee table was broken from inside and also the quality of the product is very poor. I contacted them to change it but they didn’t do it. Don’t trust them and I don’t recommend it at all
Dreadful service
Dreadful service. I ordered a kitchen cupboard in October 2024, it took six months to arrive but when I ordered it, it said 7-8 days! I contacted them and was told that it was due to delays with the logistics side of things and for me to wait patiently. Every time I contacted them, which was many times, I had the same answer, it was so frustrating. It eventually came (from China) and is really poor quality. I would have sent it back but was told that I would have to pay for shipping back to China which would have cost more than the product. I will never use this company again and advise anyone thinking of purchasing anything to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a desk back at the start of the year. IT STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. I’ve been told end of June.
When I placed the order it stated it would be a matter of weeks.
They then kept moving delivery dates. When I grew frustarted and said I was thinking of cancelling they out the order on hold but didn’t tell me. When I emailed again asking for a new delivery date they said they had held the item but would send it ASAP and to expect it by end of April. I chased it recently and they claimed I had never reopened the order and so they still hadn’t dispatched it!!! So they just resorted to lies and now they’re saying end of June.

This company is not worth one star. I bought a shoe cabinet early January and received a notification that delivery will take 30-45 days, but was delivered in March. The product wasn't white, but beige colour. I requested refund as they provided misleading information. I managed to negotiate 50% refund over a period of 5 weeks, wrote numerous emails. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all cost. Not worth the hassle, and loss of money.

I found a bookcase that was the correct size and fit for purpose I o paid my money it was 3months afore it was was delivered on day of delivery the driver knocked on door pointed to his van and informed me my order was on van I am 68years old recovering from a stroke and I walk with a stickhe did not acknowledge my difficulty in helping my daughter has injured her back in getting these to the house I was unable to open and check it on arrival as my son in law was unavailable to build it till he had days of work!
